I worked with Richard Hillman at Silverlake on a debt settlement program. He was very friendly until I signed the contract. After signing, he immediately transferred my account to Clarity Debt Resolution where the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted Richard for help and he straight-up lied. He told me Clarity was working with my creditors, but when I contacted my creditors they had no record of Clarity or anyone else contacting them. Richard then insulted me, telling me I cannot micromanage the process when I simply asked for updates on my file. How is asking for an update micromanaging? Extremely unprofessional! Working with Richard at Silverlake and Clarity has been one of the worst professional experiences ever.

Beware when they offer you a “conditional personal loan”. Nothing about it is a loan, it’s a debt settlement program they assign you through USClarity. This company is very deceitful and should be investigated for fraud especially since they send out mail offering you a personal loan.

Eric was great to work with and explained everything going on in great lengths and derail so I had a complete understanding of everything and anything to do with my funding and contract. He was great to work with and easier to talk to and understand in comparison with the AI generated system I also had to speak with.
