My recent experience conducting business w/ Mr. Erick Ochoa was both positive & beneficial. I'm confident that choosing Silverlake Financial Co. was the right decision to help me navigate my financial challenges. Erick proved to be courteous and well-informed loan officer who responded to all my inquiries w/ efficiency and clarity. He was instrumental in helping me understand every aspect of the transaction relevant to my specific needs.

I received a mailer offering an incredibly low interest rate for consolidating my credit card debt. It almost sounded too good to be true. I filled out the form online and was soon contacted by Erick Ochoa. Unfortunately, he came across as disinterested and unenthusiastic about assisting me.

After providing my Social Security number and having my credit checked, I was sent three proposals for moving forward. I promptly responded, requesting an appointment, and then heard nothing back. I was completely ghosted for two full days.

During that time, I had the chance to research the company more thoroughly, and what I found was alarming. Review after review confirmed my worst suspicions. Poor customer service and questionable practices appear to be the norm.

My advice is to run, not walk, away from this organization. I have since found a far more reputable company to assist with my debt consolidation, and the difference has been night and day.
