Lisa was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I started with looking at loan options to pay down my debts but after talking she helped me come to a debt plan(I'm not sure on the exact term). She helped me understand how this would impact my credit and was upfront on what I should expect to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for debt help!

Debt Settlement Scam Presented as a Debt Consolidation Loan Offer:
Be aware of these Crooks who will approach you saying "You are Pre-Approved" for debit consolidation loan to fool you to drag you in. For what?
To fool you to go into default by telling you to stop making payment to your credit cards, then pay copanies like this, instead while they get a settlment with your creditor and this is very dangerous!
I know someone ended up getting suit on top of the credit damage! Yes you may end up with tax liability too! this is how this gimic work:
Say you owe $30K. If they settled yes If for say $15K, they will poket 20% of the total amount! yes you end up paying tax on $15K settlment acount! this company don't dislose any of this in their false debit consolidation offer!!

You did not respond to my statement above, how you sent me a false "Pre-Approved" Loan offer, to fool me intentionally and purposely!
Your goal was to push me yes to drag me into default by pushing me to stop making payments to my creditors and this is dangerous!
Not only that but you purpsely do all of this over the phone not in writting to aviod any documentation of what you are doing!

So this "Pre-Approved" offer was SCAM!

Yes there was No refrence of any kind in the false offer you mailed me to "Debit Settlement" and this is serious!

The goverment should get involve here to protect consumers from companies like this who push consumers to stop making payment to their lenders!

So answer my question:
Why there was No refrence to "Debit Settlement" in the pecie of mail you sent me?
You know that, if you mention that "Debit Settlement" thing, people like me will run away!

Not sure if this really is the right company if you are just trying to get personal loan. I received the envelope in the mail. Went online and filled out info requested. I waited to see what amount I would be preapproved for but wasn't shown anything. I immediately received a phone call. I answered and the rep ask if it was me and I said yes. Rep immediately went into some spill that he had a few questions for the underwriters before even asking what my needs were. (Red Flag) I told him I just needed to know what my preapproval amount was and had expected to see that amount and did not want to beat around the bush. His exact words were ok if you change your mind call back and hung up the phone.

Erick since the beginning has been very helpful. Has always answered my questions and concerns with a positive attitude as well as respectful.
