Eric was a wonderful counselor in guiding me toward the road to becoming debt free down the road.

I was looking for help with my finacial. I applied, I got pre-approved, and no more than 30 minutes later I got a call fron this nice person (Eric). He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process and now I'm very pleased with the results.

Easy to apply. No real complaints except Rep spoke too fast and needed to repeat what he said. Very friendly and eager to answer questions.

Erick reviewed the entire program thoroughly. It fit my need to help me out in this crazy market. Monthly costs are up and income is not.

They send out offers they do not honor. Bait n switch. Don’t fall for it.

I contacted Silver lake and liked what I heard and agreed to go with the arrangement. A few weeks later I sold my house and wanted out of the contract because I would be paying off all my creditors with the proceeds from the house. I called Kyle and he was very gracious and understanding and didn’t give me a hard time at all. I was very pleased with all the support I received.

The representative I spoke to helped where I didn't understand and was very knowledgeable.

My loan officer was expedient in processing my personal loan. When I could not be reached due to our different time zones, Mr. Ochoa did his due diligence to contact me every day until he could reach me. He was patient when I asked him questions, or asked him to repeat something. My only constructive feedback is for Mr. Ochoa to be a bit clearer in his diction, speak at a slower pace, and at a volume where his clients can understand him. If not, he may run into the inconvenience of having to repeat himself often. Lastly, Mr. Ochoa didn’t seem to display any affect over the phone as I explained my financial hardship when prompted. I absolutely agree that a loan officer should not hold emotional space for a client. That’s a lot to ask for! However, a small “thank you for trusting us with your debt relief” or “sorry to hear that” goes a long way. Good business is built on relationships after all, and those personal touches matter. In all, Mr. Ochoa was an utmost professional who demonstrated his expertise every step of the way.
