Lauren is truly amazing — she helped me organise my dream trip to Peru perfectly and made the whole experience feel effortless. She’s warm, friendly, and treats you like family from the very first conversation.

We have just returned from a great holiday in Malta, arranged for us by Kerry Lowe at Silver Travel.
We were flown by Jet2 from Birmingham Airport and stayed for 10 days at the Hilton Hotel in St Julians.
The flight in both directions was excellent, with minimal delays and no problems at either airport. Checking in and out was straightforward and caused us no worries, largely due to the fact that Kerry had ensured that all of the relevant documentation was in place.
We could not fault the hotel, which was superbly appointed with helpful, friendly and efficient staff throughout, and serving excellent food. Again we were assisted in our choice by advice from Kerry.
We will not hesitate to use Silver Travel if and when we next holiday abroad, as their service gave us confidence that we would be properly prepared.

Met Kerry and her colleague at the travel show and instantly struck by their friendly professionalism. They produced itineraries and costings for us for two trips which exactly met our specifications though, in the end for one, we booked the individual elements directly on line. For the other, Kerry found a perfect, bijou, old town, suite in Crete at a reasonable price and with all flights, transfers etc seamlessly coordinated. Friendly careful contact at every stage.

Jayne has been a brilliant advisor all throughout the process of booking the holiday. It made the whole process a lot easier as she provided knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to help pick the perfect holiday. She was also able to assist up until and throughout the holiday and she was able to help with any queries I had.

Julie Crumpton our Silver Travel advisor is brilliant. So professional and always finds us great hotels. Gives helpful suggests about places to visit. Would not use another company.

We are a group of 25 and booked our ski holiday to Les Arcs with Sue. She was amazing throughout the entire booking process, very clear communication and patient with us! We booked our honeymoon through Kerry and she was excellent from start to finish, sending us plenty of different options and helping us through the journey from start to finish. She made sure the staff looked after us and helped us have the most wonderful of holidays. I would happily recommend Kerry!

We booked a week long trip to Disney through Jayne. She couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure all the extra details like booking princess breakfasts and checking if we got early entry and even checking us in for our ferry, were all done for us. She was also available via WhatsApp at all points which was very reassuring when abroad. The price we paid was so reasonable as well and we couldn’t have got it cheaper doing it ourselves and why would we want to when Jayne makes the whole process so easy.

Booked a trip to India through Julie Crumpton at Silver travel. Was a bit complex as, at our request, other members of our group who had already booked had to change their travel dates etc. This was all sorted out and negotiated perfectly by Julie in a matter of days. And we got the requested room upgrade. Really value Julie's knowledge and experience and will not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you.

Jayne was fantastic in listening to our desires and hopes for our family holiday. Several holidays were quickly presented to us and each one offering aspects we had requested. Jayne made good recommendations and we were so happy to secure a booking which met our needs. We were always well communicated with and Jayne’s services ensured we had to do very little other than pack for our holiday. The holiday itself was fantastic and we were so happy we went with Jayne’s recommendations. The hotel/resort was fantastic and we had the perfect holiday. We will definitely be using Jayne’s services again.

We asked Marie from Silver Travel to help us book a family holiday. We wanted a luxury stay plus some culture to explore. Marie really delivered and took all the stress of planning and booking a holiday off our shoulders! She gave us several options of which we chose Dubrovnik, we are so glad we did! We had a wonderful time, the hotel was brilliant with excellent facilities (especially for kids) and the location was ideal. We are so glad we used Marie and Silver Travel for our trip.

Excellent service as always from start to finish

We booked via Silver Travel Advisor as Jayne offered out of hours impeccable service and Hebridean Princess was inundated with special offer enquires and the offer ran out on the Friday. Jayne took over and gave us personal service. Hebridean Princess is the bees knees and we had travelled on them before. Nothing is too much for them but this time we paid a premium to go in the summer to tick puffins off the top spot of my bucket list. I was not disappointed. I used Kerry Lowe for my holiday booking and arrangements. It was all smooth and there was good contact even when there was a few issues on my side with changing who the second passenger on the holiday would be and was all changed with no issue at all and everything was all sorted really quickly. It was also really helpful having everything booked at once (flights, hotel and travel to hotel and airport) made it really smooth and didn't have anything to worry about and could just enjoy our holiday in Madeira.

We have used Jayne’s services a few times now but this was an extra special trip for our honeymoon. Jayne always go above and beyond to not only book the trip but to ensure she is there for us while we are away too. We have had the most perfect trip and that is all down to Jayne. We will 100% be using her services again and recommending her to all our friends and family

We have utilised the skills and care of Jayne Kerrigan many times over the last few years. This trip was to be one of a lifetime as we visited San Francisco, Maui and Honolulu. There were long flights, connecting inter island flights and trips aplenty. I didn't doubt Jayne's ability to manage our complicated trip one bit - and as always she didn't let us down. From the long discussions we had prior to booking, to checking us in at all hours and then post holiday support, she put our needs as a priority and at times I felt that we were her only customers!
The trip was fantastic - hotels in all 3 places were 5 star and the excursions were well organised and great fun.
