Months ago ordered earrings which I never received. I have emailed requests for reimbursement. All I get are noncommittal replies of someone looking into it. Obviously I am trying to deal with a scam company. What an incredible waste of time.

This matter has been unresolved since January, despite replacement requests and repeated assurances from your side. Nothing has been shipped, nothing has been refunded, and your company continues to advertise products you clearly cannot supply.

This is unacceptable.

Consider this a formal notice: I require immediate shipment of the item I paid for or an immediate full refund. If neither action is taken promptly, I will proceed with the appropriate consumer protection measures without further communication.

No more apologies. No more delays. I expect a concrete action, not another generic message.

Fake company! Took my money. Took ages but got an email saying one of two items on my order was out of stock. Asked me to choose another item. I did, even though I didn't really want another item. Since then I've emailed them but they're just not replying. Going to try & get my money back through PayPal but if you're thinking of buying, DON'T!! It's a scam.

I want to find out how to complain to someone in America were it appears they are registered.

They are fraudulently taking money with no intention if supplying anything. They kept sending placatory texts if I write but still no earrings.

Can anyone advise how to complain to the authorities about them as they are actually committing an illegal offence. Is there a department in America that deals with fraud?

The date of experience is vague as this is an ongoing offence.

This company probably doesn't exist. Dont buy from them. Bought stuff for daughter for birthday and didn't come nor did they respond.
SCAM

Okay these guys are complete scammers, Take a screenshot of almost any of the products and you will find the EXACT same product on Temu, Alibaba, et cetera. They don’t even bother to change the pictures!!! The are even stealing the exact product pictures from these other sites. So you are a fool if you pay $30 for an item that you can literally get the EXACT SAME ITEM for $2.95 at Temu or Ali Express.

They sent me wrong ring and want me to pay for the return they say that its not there policy to pay for the return even if they sent me the wrong ring and now after 10 e-mail they want to give me 15% discount ....i will never order there again you will never know what you get

Scam!!! They took my money, now nothing! I fell for it! It’s been three weeks now. Don’t know what to do.

Achtung scam ...email on the website does not exist... paypal-contact (a cinese name) mail does not exist you can't contact them to cancel an order... they only take your money ... and you can't get it back...
