Sima was nothing short of incredible in even the most exceptional of circumstances! My whole case she delivered result after result and I walked away with 50/50 shared care of my little boy.

My solicitors firm got intervened and shut down by the SRA part way through my case and I only found out a week before the hearing date! I contacted Sima and she immediately offered her services on direct access and I will never be able to thank her enough for that as I had nowhere else to turn.

Sima has been involved in my child arrangements case since 2021 and had represented me at 5-day hearing in August.

Sima delivered my case concisely; she took the time to understand the detail…she knew my case better than I did and recited names of professionals and dates of when they were involved in respect of the child.

Over the course of the 5-day hearing we experienced several curve balls from the applicant, but Sima remained professional and helped me roll with the punches.

I used Sima for my Final Hearing for my CAO in August 2024 this year. She was professional and made me feel confident from the start. She was prepared and knew my case and what I had been through and was able to give the judge an insight into our lives and what our children were experiencing. The judge saw my ex as abusive and coercive. My application to vary the CAO was accepted and his application for breach of the order was dismissed. Sima was able to set out the day and so the judge was able to finish the hearing in one day and not overrun.

7 years before I met Sima it was the most difficult time of my life and family. I had 2 previous solicitors who only after for money who kept reassuring me that we will get the visa but nothing happened.
