So far the eSIM works flawlessly in Hong Kong. We will be in China this afternoon, I hope it will just as good.

my overall assessment with simify in china, HK and Macao is very good. No problem with setup in Melbourne but on arrival in HK, there was a little delay on activation. The simify Unlimited esim didn't worked instantly so after resetting phone it worked consistently. On travelling into China, the esim didn't work initially and was very frustrating trying to access online Visa. After 30 mins, esim data became available which works very well and consistently.

I have used Simify for two trips, Northwest China, Malaysia, Singapore and Uzbekistan. Great customer service when you need it too. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I bought an eSIM for Hong Kong and China. It easy to install using the QR code and worked perfectly when I switched it on when I landed.

Downloaded the E-Sim before landing in China. Upon landing I switched it on and it worked brilliantly allowing me to access western sites without a problem.

I had some initial problems with installing the Simify eSIM in China and was amazed by the wonderful response when I raised my concern. Celeste and Charmaine replied very quickly and then patiently - by email - talked me through what I needed to do. I now have an excellent service. Previous been to China and not been able to do much as no data or access to a mobile plan. Roaming cost out of pocket, was way overboard. My last trip was able to use Simify for the first time and had it unlimited for 3 weeks. My kids and my wife hotspot easily, and we had no problems with it. Was so easy to setup. Will buy again for our next trip.

Easy to purchase the E Sim and Install. Flawless start up once we landed in China. Excellent coverage as we travelled around. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently used Simify eSIMs during our holiday visit to China and once again found them to be very reliable and easy to use. We had previously purchased Simify eSIMs in 2024 for use during our European holiday. We find Simify to be very competitive price wise and very easy to set up and install and the coverage is excellent. We would recommend Simify to anyone requiring an eSIM for their travel requirements.

Went to China+HK with the eSim. Had no major issues when using in major cities. Was able to use all non available apps, like Google, WhatsApp etc. Highly recommended for future use.

They actually want your Simify experience to be wonderful, thus ensuring that your holiday is the best possible. Their ESim works a treat. Have used in Alaska & other parts of the USA, & have just purchased one for an upcoming trip to China. Much easier than other ESims I've used to install & activate.

I was initially impressed with how seamless the experience was in installing, activating, and using the eSIM for coverage.

I purchased the 30-day (10 GB) Asia eSIM, as I had an upcoming trip to Bali, China, and South Korea. However, after just 7 days in Bali, I received an email from Simify stating that my eSIM quota was fully used and would be disabled.

When I checked my mobile usage, it showed only 5 GB used—especially surprising since I had been staying at a resort with wireless access. I’m unsure where the rest of the data went!

Bought the South Asia Combo, unlimited date for 5 countries. Straight forward instructions, download eSim is easy, eSim activated upon arrival to destinations hassle free, great connectivity. I travel from Australia to Singapore, Malaysia and China. Eventhough my package don't include China, but I still have internet and data during my visit, bonus 😀. Will recommend to anyone and I will definitely use the service with my next travel.

As we were in China good, unrestricted internet access was critical.

Sims direct eSims are great as we were ablebto access data in remote areas of China without VPN

Had non stop internet from the moment I landed in China..I aim to use this again in Vietnam in 2025!
