Undelivered package
You've sent me 2 or 3 requests for a rating before I even receive my order! How can I rate you yet? But worse than that - today i received notice that the delivery company tried to deliver my order when I wasn't home. The message said that the driver left a note telling me how to arrange for re-delivery. BUT - I have no note. No idea how to contact the delivery company and no idea how to get my order. I am so very disappointed right now. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter . . .

The order was processed very quickly…
The order was processed very quickly and theoretically would have arrived within a week. However, there was a minor mistake in my address, so the package couldn't be delivered and was immediately sent back.
What disappointed me was that the shipping service offered no option to redirect the parcel to a pickup station or local drop-off point so I could collect it myself. As a result, the package was returned straight away.
Giving two stars for the fast dispatch, but the delivery options and flexibility definitely need improvement.
