Very happy with the service
Very happy with the product, quolity is really good. But also super happy with the service. There were some delivery issues. It was an international delivery from UK to Germany. Simmi steped in and contacted the delivery company, solved all the issues very quickly and the item was quickly delivered. I am very happy with all of the process and defenetly recomend Simmi!!!

Delivery was quicker than expected, and the shoes were packaged very well.
Love the shoes I ordered, so beautiful - I only had to return one for being a bit small but the returns/exchange process is straightforward, and will try the bigger size.

Bikini bottoms - no top.
I bought 2 bikinis.
Bikini 1’s top had sold out after I’d bought it somehow, and so I only received bottoms (what use is this to anyone?).
Bikini 2 was size 14 top, it didn’t even begin to cover a bigger bust, PLEASE use bra measurements instead of sizes since they’re all made for smaller breasts :(.

I had an excellent customer experience with this company.
I ordered a pair of boots and then wanted to cancel it before it had been delivered. I wrote to them and within an hour they had replied, cancelled my order and started my refund. The correspondence was prompt and polite.
