Income Verification Process Is Too Rigid and Lacks Reasonable Alternatives

The service claims to verify income.

However, they require either a stamp or a qualified electronic signature. My accountant does not have a stamp, and it was not possible to provide an electronic signature because this document is not submitted to a government institution.

I contacted support, but they only gave me scripted answers and did not suggest any alternatives. My accountant manually signed the document, but they rejected it.

They wanted to close my entire application process. I had already spent so much time filling everything in and uploading documents, including my passport and tax confirmations. You cannot just click a button and reject everything without offering a reasonable alternative.

I suggested providing my bank statement, but they rejected that too. They specifically wanted a stamped document.

What if there is no stamp? What if I do my own accounting?

My message to this service is: the purpose of this verification is to check whether I am able to pay the rent, and I am. Please be more flexible and respect your customers.

---

UPD: They didn’t accept my documents, and the owner received a negative verification result. Because of that, I was refused the rental. A negative result implies that I may have legal issues or debts, but the owner doesn’t know the actual reason - they only received a generic response.

In reality, the service simply rejected one basic document from my accountant.

I’ve been running a JDG for four years, and the same type of documents are accepted by official institutions and contractors, but not acceptable for this service

So much time wasted: looking for an apartment, going to the viewing, preparing documents for this pointless verification, only to get a “negative” result as if I were some kind of criminal. I’m so frustrated.
