Love it

i had never heard of these until a friend told me about them, there's been a couple of glitches like the fob stopping working and hubby couldn't get in and set off the alarms. but i think its just a teething error.
it is still weird having no key but i love this idea.

Outstanding product

Outstanding product. Outstanding customer support.

I had an issue 18 months after purchase where the motor was not initiating on unlock. Contacted Sipled customer support where I was replied within 2 hours and a replacement part sent out that same day.

Can't fault Simpled and will of course absolutely recommend.

I’m very satisfied with the new SS…

I’m very satisfied with the new SS smart door lock. It’s a significant improvement over the previous version, with smoother performance and a sturdier built quality. Installation was straightforward, and everything works exactly as advertised. On top of that, the service was excellent—fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, a great upgrade and well worth it.

Great customer service and support.

Great customer service and support.
I’m a locksmith and I installed a Simplet product for my customer. The customer was an 86-year-old lady, so I needed some extra guidance during the setup. Simplet customer service helped me step by step. I worked with Steve Kerr, who was very helpful and gave clear advice that made everything much easier. If you have any problems, they are always happy to help. I definitely recommend this company.

Customer Service? What Is That?

The smart door lock works as expected.

Initially I gave a rating of 1 star because I tried multiple times to contact customer service via phone and email and didn't get a response.

However, they have since addressed my concerns and fulfilled my request.

Incredible Customer Service at its best!

We bought this lock at the Grand Designs exhibition for our front door as kids are always losing keys. We had a Yale one first that was very temperamental. Around 4 months ago the sensor started playing up and then more recently the lock just stopped working altogether. We were about to order a new lock but thought we would just try Simpled first to see what they might do to help. The response was more than I could have expected. The chap I spoke to was super helpful and the following day a new lock arrived. Can’t ask for more than that. Other companies could take note of this. Proper customer service at its best.

Very easy website, brilliant product

Very easy website, when I do have to ring them they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have just bought my 3rd Simpled lock for the house, they really work and are simple to setup.
10/10 on all fronts

Simpled Digital Door Lock

I Bought this lock from Amazon after I read the reviews, after an installation issue (pilot error by myself) technical help was provided by Elnaz and Angel after a few emails the lock issue was resolved. Great quality product and very simple to programme and setup.

Good product, better service

Great product overall, have two already and looking to get more. More impressed with their post customer service, as I started to have a problem with one of locksmith running the battery down too quickly, and with a minimum of hassle agreed to replace (including replying over the Christmas bank holidays).

Reliable, Supportive and Professional

The customer service support that I got from Steve, the after service I am grateful and happy to have that gives your reassurance, care, attention and empathy but also very professional and direct to the point.

My 2nd time around and like the first great service and support with my issues.

Excellent service

Excellent service, first class product.
Fitting the lock is not complex or difficult, but can be a little fiddly (stubby fingers and little screws) any one with basic DIY skills should be capable of fitting these.
I had to enlarge a couple of holes in my door but it really wasn't an issue.
Downloaded the TT Lock app and now the whole family has there own pass code and scanned fingerprints.
The best thing is that our UPVC door now locks as soon as it closes, previously we had to physically lock it every time. With an increase in reports of some dodgy characters trying people's front doors in the local area it brings peace of mind for the whole family...and it looks good
