I sent many many emails but unfortunately they are so bad they don’t response
They don’t have phone number to call

Avoid by all cost unless you have money to throw away

I bought and fitted the Blusafe Apollo. This was a replacement I had previously bought from another supplier. The Apollo is of far better quality. So far very happy with it.

Ordering easy, delivery quick, easy to install and working !

Went through all the compatibility stages and watched the video for the Origin Lock as no instructions came with the product. Once reassured, I opened the box to fit and they had completely changed the installation so the product doesn't fit. No response from emails about returns and answering machine each time I cal l. REALLY BAD. Wished I had seen these comment here first. Learned a lesson. Will have to buy a new front door if I cant get a refund/ replacement. A very expensive project for a single female pensioner!

After buying the smart lock I found it was incompatible with my building regulations after several emails blusafe accepted the return, product was sent 4 months ago but no refund has been made. despite sending following up emails several times I still haven’t received any response

After an easy install with the Blusafe Breeze I have been completely unable to get the door handle to accept any admin fingerprints.

I have watched and read multiple guides, including the official ones from Blusafe.

The live chat link on their site does not work. Their phone number points to a second, maybe affiliated company, and is not answered and they do not respond to emails or their contact form.

Prior to buying I sent a video of the door the new lock would be fitted to. Blusafe confirmed that their lock was compatible so I purchased it. I have 3 separate locksmiths out when I have told me the lock will not fit and will potentially damage the door. I have lodged a return request to them and sent 8 separate email chasers. No reply to date. It would be appreciated if someone could have the decency to reply to me before I start legal action. Thank you.

Purchased this smart lock after have major issues with a Yale lock and customer support was awful. I am so impressed with the new lock, fitting was so easy, setup easy and this offers so many more options over my previous Yale lock. Highly recommend this lock after having other brands before.

I do not suggest to buy origin smart plus handle for sure. This is scam company.

The product is incompatible with the door frame. I would need to cut several more holes and then cut a piece out of the adjacent door just to make it fit.
As others have noted here, their pre-sales and post sales support was good but as soon as a problem arises, they go quiet. They have a policy that once the seals are broken on the packaging, the product cannot be returned. I’m not sure this is in compliance with the consumer rights act! I’ll be investigating.

I contacted this company to assist with purchasing a lock and arranging installation for my disabled father. Not only were the responses swift, but very thorough, kind and helpful. It was a perfect customer service experience in my opinion. Furthermore, after purchasing his lock and booking with a local locksmith that Blusafe provided details for, we were very happy with the product and service provided. Thank you very, very much.

The origin lock is great ,works as stated.Had an access issue so contacted Blusafe and their response was superb and fast .. sorted the issue straight away .. mostly my fault anyway .

I have been very satisfied so far with this product and it has solved the issue I had with security and fire compliance for my business. I have the Apollo Keyless Door Handle - I had a locksmith install and set up the product and it has worked exceptionally since. I can have staff set up with fingerprint recognition, passcodes or fobs and use a WiFi bridge to unlock the door wherever I am in the building. Also allows access out of the building without a key which complies with fire safety standards. I am glad that I didn’t read these comments in here before I went for the lock as it probably would have stopped me from going ahead with the purchase. I have found it very reliable so far and I’ve had it for 2 months now. I use it alongside a video doorbell which works to my requirements. I would recommend.

Item took awhile to arrive but works a treat very robust and hard wearing

I recently had an issue with my Blusafe Solutions door handle and contacted their customer service team. They replied to my email straight away, asked for the information they needed, and kept the communication clear and prompt throughout.

A replacement handle was sent out very quickly, arrived without any delay, and is now fitted and working perfectly.

Really impressed with how efficient and helpful they were from start to finish. Thank you, Blusafe Solutions — I’m very happy and highly recommend them!

Had to change my order after a senior moment and they were super-responsive!

The products seem to be of good quality.. to be honest I was unable to fit due incompatibility issues and so had to return. What lets this company down is it absolute ignorance regarding customer service. Once there is a problem, getting to raise the issue and attempt to resolve it is nigh on impossible… they just don’t seem interested. Once contact is eventually made (through threats of legal action), their handling is rude and at times condescending…. Gone to Simpled now… who put this shower to shame.

everything works well the one thing I wish is the finger detection It's not that great It needs improving End the timer lockout should be removed Or have the option to disable the device will be installed in many places for many reasons In my case it works perfectly unlocked I do not require fingerprint At least not now I believe it is a good product but it needs improving ask your customers What would they like as features in my case integration with Smart Home assistant

The product seems OK, but the support is non existent. I can't link the lock to the app, but despite trying to contact the company by phone and through facebook and by email. I have had no offer of support. If I don't get support soon I will have to return the lock as faulty.

Product didn't include lock mechanism (for the price you'd expect it to) and was faulty once finally installed. Ignored repeated emails for refund/replacement. Faulty, overpriced products and poor customer service. Returns are only via email...but they ignore you.
