I have used this site to order all my pipe needs and wants because their products are by far the best Iv used and they provide fast shipping and if anything comes broken they 100% of the time have made sure they get replaced. I’m very satisfied and have passed along this site to all my friends:)

Great price, Thoughtful packaging, product is as pictured on site. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a few items and when I recieved my order thw box was smashed and 3 items damaged 1 missing. I emailed them and sent pics of the box and broken items. The next day they responded and shipped replacements that day, very quick to right the wrong. They do pack items well, but glass won't stand up to the box being smashed no matter how well packed so that is not their fault at all. Items are all well made and customer service is outstanding. Will purchase from them again

I’m still waiting on my accessories and new water pipe. 17th and the ETA was gonna be around the 16th or 15th and it just must be the holidays. I guess that’s why I didn’t rate 1-2 stars. It was shipped out on the 11th and I got tracking information pretty quickly. That’s a plus it’s in the hands of the United States Postal Service. And that’s usually I made it once after it gets to the facility to be be delivered from. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Meni hope Nothing’s broken. Nothing’s missing XO.
