I was able to find good high-quality glass pieces and Adapters that are no longer available locally. These are better glass and better prices anyway than what I was getting prior to this so I’m very happy with my order. It only took a few days as well via USPS I believe seems like a good honest company with solid/fair prices all around . Im actually about to place a second order now to try out some other options this time ;)

I put an order they charge me twice today I didn’t even give tracking order number or anything say I just purchased my order!!!now trying to call or txt about refunding my money but I got no respond in inbox or call go straight in voicmail

Even though I have had five or six orders successfully from simple glass pipe the last time I ordered My mail was stolen and I asked him for a refund because I didn't get it. They refunded it because it was insured but now they will not let me ever order from them again. I suppose they will not answer me but three orders in a row have been canceled since they had to pay back the money that was stolen from me. I didn't like it either. It upset me very much. So I guess it upset them so much. They can do business with me anymore. I didn't do it a criminal did it. I'm not the criminal and I have had successful orders at least five since I got $300 and something points. I spent over $360 at their store already but they cannot. Didn't let me order again because they had to pay back $27.99 on an order that I never received and they had insured. I guess they're holding it against me now. I cannot get an answer. They do not have a phone service. They will not text back. They will not answer emails. They just phone won't answer anything. This is not a good company because I thought it was before until I asked for a refund and now I can't do business with them ever again. Well how dare them accuse me or blame me for my mail being stolen by criminal. Not my fault. Call the police. Not my fault but you are holding into me responsible by not letting me order from you anymore. Answer my email

There are higher quality and higher price items to some very expensive pieces. There is free shipping over $100, easy returns & exchange. Shipping is through the post office typically but they fill the order so fast it comes in a few days. You can't beat it. by far the best shop on the Internet

The product I ordered was easy , fast and simple to order. Shipping was free and fast. I received my order within 3 days of ordering it. The package was delivered safely with no problems. Item was exactly as I ordered. Quality product no thin cheap glass. I would recommend this company if you need discreet and fast this is your company. Above all this company is not a scam.

I only received part of what I paid for and now I'm being hassled about getting everything I ordered because they say they need a picture for proof. I cannot take a picture of a product that is not there. I have restrained from writing a bad review until now because I've never had an issue before. I'm not sure what changed but this is absurd. I ordered five glass pieces in a set of 5 and the box delivered only had 3 in it. They initially responded to my first email regarding this matter saying it should not have happened and they were going to send out the missing parts. Then they ghosted me for over a week and wouldn't respond to any emails or text messages I sent them and just said what I stated above when they finally did respond again. “They need a picture for proof”. I just want what was promised by them when I placed the order from their website. No more, no less! It's not rocket science! I'm a little upset at the moment and trying very hard to restrain myself from saying what I want to say. I'll leave it at that.

Excellent quality. Everything I’ve given from there lasted 10x longer than from any shop locally. Recommend the pink bubbler, works great and lasts..
Returns are done simple, just snap a pic, don’t use the damn thing first, send it to the email where the website tells you to and get a new one or choose something similar in price. I have had a few arrive broken ( it happens) and immediately took pics sent them off and got replacements or I asked for something different and guy that. Of course don’t think k I’ll get a $4 bubbler break it and ask for a $69 water one to replace it. They ain’t stupid

Fast and discrete delivery pipe smokes as it should

Cheap, fast delivery! One glass pipe was broken on arrival but that's not their fault! Otherwise I'm happy will buy again!

The experience placing the order was nice, I got my item delivered two days before the estimated date. That was nice. But the second time I used the pipe, it cracked on me. I didn't used a damp cloth like most of the people tell me I should. I just lighted up the pipe, I hear a crackling sound and to my surprise I see a crack from end to end.
It was a little bit upsetting but I understand that glass is glass and there's nothing that would have prevented this from happening. I'll still order a different one not the same kind.
