Shipping speed was great shipped the day after I ordered, I ordered later in the evening. It arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Haven't had to speak with customer service but I was notified of my orders progress every step of the way. This is the second time I've ordered with SGP and delivery has gotten faster it seems like which is totally fine by me. I ordered glass oil burners and they're nice and durable I've even had one slip outta my fingertips bam hit the tile floor and it literally bounced NO Cracks or Breaks.
