I used Simple Meds for the first time this week, despite seeing the bad reviews. I found it very easy to order and received the product within three days. I am totally satisfied with the service and the product. Will use Simple Meds again when I next need the product.
A bunch of crooks. I placed an incorrect order and went back in to let them know and to cancel within 15 minutes! This was August Bank Holiday Sunday afternoon. I eventually heard back on August Bank Holiday Monday saying it had been despatched and could not be refunded. How interesting that Royal Mail work over Bank Holiday collecting orders - liars! Do not touch them with a barge pole. I certainly won't. And neither will any of my friends on Facebook OR my blog with over 500 subscribers. Spread the word folks!
If I could rate this company zero I would. Avoid at all costs. Made a purchase only to be messed about, had to chase the tracking details.
Finally got the tracking details only to be scammed by the delivery company they use who wanted a further £250 for insurance. Asked for a refund to be told no. I would not buy from this company if my life depended on it.
