Ordered on Sunday

Ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday using the cheaper postal charge option. Pills as ordered and undamaged. Ordering process rather convoluted - needed to enter duplicate personal details in the "Payment" section which was rather tedious.

Inaccurate information, unhelpful service

The item I ordered was inaccurately pictured on the website, and not what I needed. When I pointed this out to the company they agreed that the picture on the website was for a different item, since discontinued, but argued the description was accurate. Refused to enable me to return item at no cost. Unhelpful. Wish I'd reviewed company before ordering. Will not order from them again.
PS I'm surprised ratings average 2.8 on this site as it seems all reviewers have given one star!

I would give Zero stars too if possible!

I ordered a two month supply of an item and thereby eligible for free delivery and I need this item daily as I have a blood deficiency. However, when it arrived by Royal Mail I thought the package was somewhat small and when I opened it, instead of 10 items they had sent only 3 and on the delivery note was a handwritten note which stated “x7 Refunded/sorry no stock”. Yes, they had refunded but they had also deducted the amount for delivery. Why did they not bother to contact me to advise of the situation? May be it’s because I could have cancelled the order! I thought that was a most underhanded trick on their behalf and will NEVER order from this Company again!

Would give Zero stars if possible.
There can not be more incompetents than these jokers. They have taken money tried to give me something else (rebranding according to them) . Told me they had cancelled and refunded but have done no such thing. Their timeline is about a week before they dispatch. Stay away from these Charlatans. They are that dreadful
