The gloves are very beautiful, they correspond to the photos and the description. The seller was very kind and answered all my requests.

Customer care is good. The products origin seems a bit shady. Arrived with damaged packaging and label seemed to be removed. Bit strange. Coat it self is very nice and quality seems good.

Order performance on 27 mar 2020 received on 18 may. I read previous
rates comments and I expected it (not that big) moreover considering covid. I requested express delivery but I got the standard one. I Was refunded immediately. Only beginning of may I Was informed that one item (the main reason of the order) was not there.
The clothes received were nice and fit good.
A discount on new purchases or something to mitigate the situation would have been appreciated

Prompt and nice replies received from customer care, always, but not enough to claim a good service

Love this company, clothes are unique and what you see is what you get. Delivery is a little longer than others but they are a small company and I’m in no rush. Thank you Simple Moderne 🥰

2 of 3 items arrived 3 weeks after ordering, the other item is still to arrive. Considering I was billed at time of ordering, I wouldn’t buy from this brand again, I don’t think their website is accurate to say 4-14 days delivery. The clothes themselves are cute, the quality is decent, they are representative of the pictures, if they were more upfront about the delay and didn’t charge you for 3 weeks without providing the goods, I would buy from them again. But frankly there’s too much competition out there in retail to put up with this poor customer service.

Simple and intuitive online store. Nothing to complain about really except long delivery time, but it doesn't bother me that much.

I ordered 7 days ago. Until now no information about shipment (only information: try later) really.. not a grate job :(

So so far a bad experience

I understand the situation with covid-19, but what bothers me is that you have an automated mail asking me to review the product when you know you have issues with deliveries. If you are a serious brand,I would have appreciated a mail or message about your delay, instead of an excuse in a trustpilot feed. I get it this is public and you want others to see your answer, but in order to give u a good review u should’ve prioritized my inbox first. You clearly are awake here... took u only a few hours to respond. Please use the same speed following up orders in the future. So my grade is still low I’m afraid.

Everything was great, I had to wait longer, but it is understandable in those circumstances we have around the world.

Clothes were great, good quality and unique style. But the delivery took long and one item never came. Still will ordet again one day.

Arrived a week later. I am curvy and its a gamble for me to order clothes on line. This jacket is beautifully made and fits perfectly. Such a cool jacket, looks fantastic.

The design is gorgeous, it definitely does look like the pics! And I am also very happy with the material. However, the reason why I am only giving them 3 stars is because of the sizing. I checked the info on their website and ordered accordingly. Unfortunately it was too small and I couldn't be bothered sending it back since it took a fair amount of time to receive it. So unless I loose a lot of weight I won't be able to wear the beautiful outfit! :-(

My order arrived in good time. I have made a previous purchase and was very pleased. However this time I was disappointed with my order. The trousers looked amazing in the advert, but when they arrived the cut was all wrong giving the right leg a twisted look. Also the right leg was shorter than the left, this does not appear to be part of the design.
I will look to purchase again but will be wary of the quality of the items I receive.

My shipment concern was addressed and I received my order.
