Very helpful and to time to explain my financial situation

I was overwhelmed with debt and had gotten a flyer in the mail. I did my research and decided to try them. Thinking that if they couldn't help me I would have to file for bankruptcy. Thanks to Charlie I now have a plan in place to become debt free and a load was lifted off my shoulders.

I liked most of the process; however, it was not made clear that the creditor negotiations would not be immediate. I'm nervous about this process now because I seems like it is going to take a few months before they start negotiating with the creditors. If I am incorrect, I can't find any information that says otherwise. I'll just wait and see at this point.

Jeremy was my debt consultant and he was so super helpful. He accommodated my need to communicate via email throughout the day and prioritized me getting my program started quickly. They were extremely transparent and ensured I was informed what the process would look like for me. I was also comforted knowing he will be my consultant the remainder of the program I am in.
