They were really nice on the phone and to talk to they were caring and helpful and everything went really smoothly doing my will with them i reckamen them for people doing there will.

My current will needed updating. I seen the offer at my local Asda. I do prefer face to face but decided to give it a try for the price that was offered. I was a bit dubious at first.
Easy to talk to and listened to my needs.

Really easy process by phone which took about an hour. Spoke to Lucy who answered any questions I had and gave some good advice and things for me to think about. Been putting off doing a will for years but now I don’t know why I did as this was so straight forward.

The consultation was great. My husband and I paid for a mirror will and signed up for Secure Storage and Dedicated After Plan during the consultation for £4 per month or a payment of £48 to be taken by direct debit annually. At NO time during the call were we told that cost was per person, but when we received the direct debit notification it states £8 per person. We feel a bit missold because of this.

A very good experience with this simpler law, all the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful and give the feeling of a personalised experience, also a few months later they gave a courtesy call to check that you are happy with what you have done with them and offering further advice and answering any questions you may have forgotten to ask previous. Highly recommend.

Great deal obtained via TV shopping channel, for my LPA. Friendly, efficient staff at Simpler Law.
Only slight snags were that my initial telephone appointment had been overlooked, but a replacement advisor came in at the last moment to save the day. Overall a very good service.
