Telephone calls were on time, explanation of process and the details of the will explained clearly. Plenty of scope to ask questions when I didn't quite understand terminology and wills generally.

I could not fault the consultant Luke Murray. Luke explaned everything in easy understandable English and slowly so you dont miss anything. A very pleasant young man. A credit to your company.

After speaking to Paul at the Simpler Law stand in local supermarket I decided that it was time to make a will , appointment made for a Consultant from Simpler Law to call me at home to go through what my wishes were for my Estate
I must say the whole process was very easy, the Consultant talked me through everything, it has taken the weight off of me knowing that when I die that my son shouldn’t have any problems with my Estate

Made the whole process uncomplicated and explained everything fully and would recommend to family and friends

Started having a will, LPO etc set up in Oct 25. Simpler Law charged me £916.00.
I needed dates of birth info to which I have just received, in the mean time no correspondence whatsoever.
Ringing this morning 06/03/2026 took 27 minutes to get through to be told I would have to talk to a different consultant but reception would put me through. This concluded with the message- not available, leave a message. This doesn't give me any confidence in this firm

Kept well informed as to progress of appointment

I was talked through all aspects of my will by Sian.I was happy with all the advice I was given and choice options.I was not rushed through any questions and had time to make my decisions.So I was completely satisfied with my appointment.
