I was treated with great respect
I was treated with great respect. Everything we spoke about was explained carefully and I was asked if I understood all the legal stuff. The consultants were kind and knowledgeable and respectful of my home. All in all the difficult subject of 'when we die' was quite simple to discuss in the comfort of my own home.

Clear, helpful, transparent. I needed a very basic service and they were fine with that and adjusted to what I needed. Other possibilities were mentioned, usefully, but I never felt sold to or as if anyone's interests but mine were paramount. Great value for money.
