Trey Grisham was amazingly helpful configuring the micro voodoo lines and incorporating the quick hits oscillator as well
Everyone at simpler is great but I’ve never been more pleased and am so grateful for Treys help and work on this little project. And he did it quickly

Trey proves proficient at his job. He reverse engineered a chart of JC in order to advise me how to construct a duplicate one. Trey accomplished this quickly, and clearly explained the process. I now have my duplicate chart. [Never give Trey a promotion, just keep increasing his salary so that he stays on the job enabling clients to continue receiving expert help.]
Majority of the online personal dont explain there actions, charts, verbiage, not all of us are seasoned traders majority are new and after a few weeks get frustrated and go elsewhere. Mobile app doesn't fit well with my android phone either. thanks for listening

Trey is the most helpful customer service technician I have ever dealt with. He is courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

I have been dealing with Simpler Trading for a little over a year now and the customer service has always been great, but this time it was EXCEPTIONAL (Leah George). She answered all of my questions, and concerns and helped me come to a conclusion that was in my best interests. I will only be dealing with Leah exclusively now going forward.

Customer Service agent (Zach England) followed up on a request for me to receive a $500 credit to be applied to my account. Zach walked me through the entire process and gave me a detailed account on the status of the transaction. It was his personal attention to detail and discovering where the hold up was in the process that gave me confidence that the transaction would be successful. Zach was also working on a work around in case the transaction stalled out, but was not needed because the initial request was successful.

I cancelled during my free trial, and they still charged me for the last two months even after I canceled. They refunded the last bill but said they can’t refund the other $247 because it is more than 30 days away. Don’t do the free trial, they’ll just scam you into taking $247 a month away from you

I've been a subscriber for about three or four months to their options service. Overall I have been pleased with the service. The traders are trading with their own money, and they are as quick to own their losses as they are their gains. You will learn quickly that the traders are human, and that their predictions are by no means guaranteed. But overall their insights are pretty darned helpful.
It is easy to get overwhelmed with all of the indicators and trading styles, so try to focus on ones that work for you. It took me about three months to home in on three indicators that work for me.
I have attended a few webinars, and while they can be helpful, they are more sales pitches for buying indicators and classes. Somewhat annoying, but not a huge deal, they are a business after all.
To sum up, so far, so good, and I intend to stick with them.

This company will not make you money. Let alone make you a millionaire like the "promotional video" shows you. Those are trades from 2019 and 2020. There are no million-dollar trades during or after 2021. I took their trades and lost $9500. They advertise the small account mastery with John Carter but it is actually run by someone else. They do not give alerts and will let trades go to $0, as they have money to burn. All they want to do is sell you on classes and indicators that are not needed. You can even call TD Ameritrade and ask them, as they make fun of people who buy their indicators because they are available in the think or swim platform. There is no actual live trading, they just give you a trade, and it only works 30% of the time, if that. Do not join this company, you will just lose money. Do not purchase any of the classes or there indicators. The indicators are extremely delayed and have no real purpose.

My Experience with Simpler has been great, I have done several classes to learn various trading styles, so that I am be able to trade through various market conditions.
All of the traders are great, genuine and vested in our success. I also have a rep there who helps me when ever I need a hand or have a question, so the customer service is hands down amazing as well.
I recently took a class on option strategies with Bruce. I have more than covered the cost of the class in less that a month's time. It gave me a simple stress free trading strategy that does not take up a lot of time to manage.
I highly recommend Simpler Trading to anyone who wants to learn to trade effectively and have a community of likeminded traders with whom to share ideas.

Options gold (OG) - It's a fun place to be and watch, but there's so much going on all the time, it's impossible to track unless you're trading full time and just supplement CNBC for Option Gold room. The money made here is also suspect at times. I tracked each trade for each trader for about 2 months, and the P&L across the entire board was a loss. I will say, this is a great place to start to see which trader matches your style, but it's mainly used a vehicle for you to buy something else (class, mastery, indicators). And of course, as soon as you like a trader, chances are others are as well, and the herd follows this person until they create a class/mastery, you join that too (at a cost) and then it drops.
Profit Recycling – This felt like it was going to be a great room. I joined shortly before the price increased to give it a try and it just didn’t. The trader does respond quite often, and I’ve heard from others it has improved a bit, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth. It feels like there’s a lot of techniques utilized in this room that if you didn’t also purchase the classes or indicators used by this trader, you won’t be able to follow or recreate the success. This was another “base hit” room for small wins, but the small wins were never greater than the losses.
Compound Growth Mastery – This is the one that I might still recommend to people, but its painfully obvious the trader in this room is getting pushback to spend more time developing courses, indicators, or posting in the Options Gold room. I joined this when it first launched, and it was amazing (seeing a pattern here?) – the trader spent almost 10-15 hours a week in the room, explaining in-depth everything he could. But lately, he’s been completely absent – you’ll see him post in OG but forget to manage the open positions in his mastery. It seems like he had grand plans to make a mini-SAM course, but ST management told him to stop and make it vague or add items that differentiated it. His “simple approach” that used only off the shelf indicators has morphed into a complex technique and must use his new charts. I do feel for the guy, there was once a class on an indicator that JC was pushing, and all of the sudden this trader had it all over his charts – it was a bit of a joke, and you could hear him straining to defend why it appeared all of the sudden. Needless to say, when the JC class was over, this indicator disappeared from his charts shortly after.
Simpler Support – This is an item where I want everyone to read, but people might skip passed. The support group replies here are hard to read, you can see they’re all canned when it’s a one-star review and seem to be very caring – when that’s been far from the experience I’ve had. If you want to purchase something, or having an issue with a purchase, you might have a great reply. But, if you have a question that they might deem as negative, you’ll either be ignored or met with hostility. I understand customer support is never a fun job, and for every person with a well-mannered question, you’ll have 10 that are rude and abrasive, but it’s painfully obvious to see them cheerfully help those with sales questions to aggressively defend those asking for clarification on an arguable “shady” change made behind the scenes.
Simpler exists to sell courses or indicators, that’s pretty much the short of it. It took me over 3 years to learn this painful fact, but that’s the truth. I love hearing the discussion and JC’s take on the markets, but his attention is gone from the company. The other traders are trying their best, and I have no doubt they want to make everyone money with them, but as soon as one start succeeding, you’re guaranteed to see a marketing email shortly after “See how Trader made over 50K in these volatile markets” where you’ll be asked to pay over $2K to join their class and 4 days of live trading. You must ask yourself why they keep pushing fresh sales so hard if the traders are profitable… Hopefully you can see I’m not just voting one star and saying “ST SUCKS, STOLE MY MONEY” – I really tried to give them a chance and joined multiple different services. They will not make you a profitable trader by following their trades. They might make you a good trader by education.
Simpler is a great place to learn the basics if you're brand new to the markets or options trading, but do not ever take their trades. Their marketing material is so aggressively pushed and borders on lying in the results they've published. They'll take snapshots of events (when an account goes from 10K to 50K), choose the 3 best trades with hindsight, and market the heck out of it. What they won't show you is when the account then goes from 50K to 3.5K thereafter when all the new users join. Or make outlandish claims of "How I turned 10K into 350K in months" when this was done in a paper trading account and the only way to join in with this is post massive margins. A lot of the 'look at what we did' material is focused on the post-COVID markets, where everything was going up over time. Now that we're entering bear territory, the success rate has been horrible. My experience thus far (I am posting from an annon account, so ST does not try and locate me. I am still a member of a few of their services):
SAM (Small Acct Mastery) was very successful when it first launched but rode the post-COVID wave. It's now been down from 10k to ~3.5K twice since I've joined (he reset the account when it went so low the first time). John Carter does not post in this room anymore and is totally absent – he might give a weekly update once in a while, enter a few trades, but then disappears after. This room now belongs to Kody, who while being dealt a bad hand to take over, has tried to move to a day trading strategy. This works if you're following along at every step, but if you miss a day or come back to your trading account from a few hours of a day job (which JC advertised SAM as), you'll have missed the move and you're out. Kody did start a strategy that was working, but of course - as soon as it started making money, he no longer posts them and Simpler is going to make a class out of it (which you will need to purchase). It seems Simpler creates a strategy to demonstrate quick success, and then burns it out. Rinse and repeat. Kody success with Options has been not as bad as JC’s, but it’s more of ‘death from a thousand needles’ as opposed to JC’s ‘swing for the fences and strike out’. I really want SAM to work, and still want to participate, but the losses are just brutal. If you try and pick and choose which trades to follow, you’ll inevitably miss the ones that win – but if you take each trade exactly, you’ll be out thousands of dollars, and you won’t see that stat anywhere on the website, marketing material, talking to support, or anyone else besides those that post reviews here or speaking to others that have left the service (and there have been a lot).
Strike Zone (SZ) - This was an amazing room when it first launched. The trader took the account through careful planning and running from 10K to about 100K, and it was a great ride. But then things started to turn weird. If you questioned the returns, he'd flat out block you from the room, or would enter an incredibly aggressive rant. The problem is, if you didn't join when it was 10k, you CANNOT participate and receive the gains he does now - he bets as if his account is 350K and will add 10 to 15 contracts on to average up/down the cost-basis, and then get out on a spike - then claim, "look I made money, you're just stupid if you'd didn't follow". If you don't have that kind of leverage, you're screwed - you just followed along when he said "b1 es mp" and couldn't add 15 positions when the market dropped 30 points. The trader also trades in a paper account with a third-party company. I’m sure ST will refute this, but I was also a trader with that company for a time, and their account #’s are named such to differentiate between a “Demo account” and a “Live account”. There’s been a few times where the trader was sharing his screen, moved some windows around, and you could see his account number for an instant – it always a demo account. You might ask ‘Yeah, well gains are gains, right?’ – and you’re technically right, but we all know there’s far less emotion in a paper account versus a live margined account. If he puts 10 contracts long on a day, and they’re all stopped out – he may be annoyed he ‘lost’, but he’s not out $10,000 – whereas if you were following along, you are. There’s multiple days where he’s down 10k-15k, then comes back and keeps trading to make the day positive. Guess what’s advertised to those that were not in the room… “I made 3-4K yesterday, and you can too!”. Every person is different, but once I was down 5-10K a day, I walked away, which then deviates from the whole “The SZ book is massively up, you must have messed up to not be at the same number”. Try and bring this up, and you’re banned or told ‘Manage your own risk’.
I'm running out of room, but tl;dr - ST will not make you money. You might learn some new things, but following their trades will kill your trading acct.
Raghee has the heart of a Guru and she is the greatest of all the teachers I’ve met. She has literally changed my fate in the world of trading. She explains very complex concepts, processes, and techniques with clarity, simplicity, eloquence, and enthusiasm. She gets to the point and that is to help traders MAKE MONEY. Whether you are looking to 10x your trading results or perhaps you’ve lost money or lost hope in the market, she will show you that talent is not as important as having the right tools and process. I’ve only been a Secret Sector Mastery student for about 3 months and I’m already able to trade with confidence. I came to learn about the stock market but she opens up the possibility of trading everything; to be fluid and fluent, in her own words, in forex, futures, commodities, and even cryptos because what she teaches is so foundational and the tools that she’s developed are robust and universal, again in her own words. I couldn’t have done that by reading 100+ books on trading myself. The secret sauce is Raghee Horner; she delivers her 30+ years of trading wisdom and mastery to us on a silver platter. She has done the cooking and even the mastication for us. All that we have to do is enjoy and assimilate that vast amount of knowledge she gives us. Honestly, I enjoy what I’m learning more than the money that I’m making by following her process and using her tools. It’s a real treat to see how she thinks, that’s the real value. She is brilliant and a genius. I also have a lot of respect for her as a human being. She has integrity; she is patient, gracious, kind, humble, transparent, confident, fun, genuine, and authentic. I value her more than I have the vocabulary to express it. The world needs more people like Raghee, it will be a more enlightened and prosperous one.

Love the sector mastery program! Raghee has much to teach about trading all aspects (day, swing, and long-term). Her trading style is easy to grasp, and she explains everything very well. You won't be disappointed purchasing this membership!

After years of trial and error locating a mentor as a new swing trader, I feel blessed to have stumbled on Rhagee’s courses. Started with a trial SSM in March 2022 and never looked back. Still in Sector Secret Mastery and having re-wired my multi-leg and momentum strategies into risk-based, logical, macro-market deep dives of a true education that has proven its weight.
I am sticking with Rhagee until I am successful on my own & may even continue her courses for the amazing team and members who continually provide wonderful tools, support, camaraderie & continual education.

Small account mastery = Small account destruction
01.01.2022 - account balance was $10,000
(After being reset from massive loss in 2021)
27.06.2022 - account balance is $3,500
This speaks enough.
