The single most unprofessional…

The single most unprofessional gaslighting company I've encountered in a long time. Last week we noticed we had 1400 tax clients that needed to be called & texted. I googled companies and fund them. Nothing was easy about the set up accept them taking my payment. At the time of signup, SimpleText did not disclose that having a business website was a mandatory requirement for approval or continued use of your monthly service. Based on the information provided during onboarding, we were led to believe our business was eligible and would be approved for service.

It took four (4) days for SimpleText to deny our account, during which time the subscription fee was charged. This delay, combined with the lack of upfront disclosure regarding eligibility requirements, resulted in us being billed for a service that was ultimately not provided.

Because the service was denied due to undisclosed requirements, we expect a full refund to the original payment method.
We were emailed after 4 days that our account was denied because we do not have a website. We are a small business that handles accounting. No need for a website.

Gene is AMAZING

The support that we received from Gene was INCREDIBLE. She was very responsive and kept us up to date, even though it was upsetting that we could not use our account during a very busy time. Gene was transparent, provided frequent updates, and was sympathetic to our situation.

We would love to know how we can avoid having our account deactivated in the future. We want to ensure that we are following policies so this does not happen again.

Gene, Cza and the rest of the team are allstars!!

Gene and the rest of the team put a lot of effort into solving an issue for our business. They kept us updated on every step and reached out without being asked to ensure we new what was happening. They responded quickly, with kindness, and I could not be happier with the customer service we received. I understand there was a typhoon affecting the area where some (or all, I am not sure) of the employees are working. Despite this natural disaster they still put in the effort to get this situation resolved which is insane and above and beyond what we were epecting. We appreciate you all so much, thank you!!!

I've used SimpleTexting several years…

I've used SimpleTexting several years now and I love how easy and intuitive the interface is. Through Zapier, I'm also able to integrate it seamlessly with my CRM. Any time I have a question or concern, their support and response times are superb.

I recently signed ip with SimpleTexting and moving to a new platform can often be pretty daunting. However, the initial set up was easy, the communication throughout the way was solid. Specifically two contacts made the difference. Jac and JV.
