I have been putting off making a will for years, because I thought it was too complicated. How wrong I was thanks to Simple Wills and their representative, Sheonagh who led me through the process. The will was straight forward and quickly completed to my exact standards. Very pleased.

Simple Will's has been superb, and with an excellent website - this does seem to be a very easy (and cheap) way of writing a Will.

I found parts of doing my will on-line difficult, as there were no explanatory notes on same. I think I should have done it by phone because I had made it much more difficult than it needed to be. I spoke with Linda Mote on the phone in the Glasgow office, where she simplified my requests and made the will easy to understand and complete. Smooth transaction no problems but felt I was encourage to purchase extras I did not really want.

I would definitely recommend using this service, it was very easy to do and I found the staff very helpful and courteous when I had a slight problem.
