I am truly sorry for the difficulties this situation has caused. However, please be informed that the transaction was not declined from our end - instead, when we tried to place an authorization hold on your funds, we were declined by the card issuing bank before we could do so, thus rendering the transaction unsuccessful.

We would absolutely love to process your payment, and have no reason to decline it on our end - therefore, we would kindly ask you to get in touch with your bank to double-check the aforementioned criteria:

- Ensure your card is eligible for international transactions.
- Confirm that you have enough funds in your account to complete the transaction.
- Verify that your bank supports cryptocurrency purchases.
- Make sure you are enrolled in the 3D Secure program.

Additionally, you may try issuing a new payment using a different card from a different bank, if possible.

The transactions are declined despite…

The transactions are declined despite sufficient balances. The transactions never reached the bank as informed by them. Message on Simplex says the transaction declined by bank.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I’ve tried to do 3 transactions within the same day and none of them arrived to my account. All three were withdrawn from my bank accounts however. It’s 16 hours later and still nothing. I’ve been in touch with them and nobody has reached out. Why use you for crypto when the reason I use crypto is because of the transaction speed… completely useless company
