It’s Orlando with Midnight express freight service Inc, my safety manager is Lisbeth Diaz and thus far she has been amazing. Great communication and takes the time to explain things to me when I am confused.. Do Not Take Her Away from me or else I’ll cry

Simplexgroup.net is the worst company you can ever do business with

This company will tell you and offer you everything you want to hear, but soon you will find out this is the worst company you can do business with. Worst customer service you will encounter. Do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with these people no matter how good the deal looks, it will be your worst decision for your trucking business. No le recomiendo Simplex Group a nadie!!! Run away from these people.

Professionally speaking, Simplex Group has incompetent employees

I am not an O/O but a Certified Medical Examiner in NJ. I have had to deal with this company several times for a client and it was obvious that the Simplex Group employee was wildly incompetent and knew less than nothing about DOT, the trucking industry or drug screens. Is there any screening process for employees or training of any kind?

Do not put yourself on a financial…

Do not put yourself on a financial roller coaster with this company. They don’t answer the phone, they will charge you hidden fees that are not in the contract. When you quit their services for false representation they will charge your card months after termination. This company is bad business!!!

The Worst company to trust Ever.

This is the worst company to trust or to do any work with they steal your money they don’t do any of their work. Your company will be penalized like Mine was for their lack of work. There whole company literally has no idea what they are doing there management team is horrible there dispatchers will have your company running the cheapest loads. They have no business being in the trucking industry this company should close. Everyone should be fired literally the worst idea you can do. Is working with simplex group. I would like to first start off by thanking Osly Garcia [Simplex Group] for his astounding hard work, patience, consistency, and overall dedication, with the establishment of my new trucking company Spinks Transport LLC. Not only did he guide me in the right direction step by step, he also went above and beyond the call of duty to get me to where I’m at now. My gratitude and appreciation for all that he’s done can never be truly expressed enough. Thanks again Osly for your amazing and profound devotion at getting the job done.

This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam!! Avoid at all costs!! Paid over $500 11/2021 for ucr registration that they Never submitted!! 6 months later it’s 4/2022 and they still have not done my IRP registration for apportioned plate, once they have your money they will not answer the phone, complete SCAM !!!!! These people have no grasp on the English language or understand the services they are supposed to provide, do it yourself.

I contracted the services of this…

I contracted the services of this Company and it was terribly experience, first they did not do anything correct to me, the whole process had errors, they also have a horrible customer service. I paid $710, I asked for a refund and I still haven't received it. And now I have to reissue all the processes again. Don't use Simplexgroup for your Trucking document file.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SIMPLEX GROUP!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SIMPLEX GROUP!! They sell you on how they will assist your company with safety and compliance but after you sign up - they do little to nothing! I was 4 months in and not set up past driver names. Trucks info not even in their system. They do not go over your safety scores or how to make it better. They never helped contest violations. I tried to hire a driver and they never finished his application process. FMCSA PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN! Companies who sign up with them are in GOOD FAITH to learn and abide by the DOT/FMCSA rules but in turn get scammed.

Simplex.com is Different Company from SimplexGroup.net ... My Apologies for posting bad review to the wrong site.

Customer Service at Simplex Group is HORRENDOUS!!!
Responses to Emails, phone calls to assigned Reps always took days to be returned if at all.
Apologies for 'Inconvenience' is like a broken record.
Requested to Cancel my Services but still got charged by their Auto/EPay.

They emailed me my Compliance Upgrade plan for me to Mail to FMCSA myself. They took too long to correct some of the info I
noticed. I corrected the plan, mailed it and communicated with FMCSA directly from then on out without any more assistance from Simplex.
