Easy and on time

I ordered two lead test kits to check the water quality from my bathroom and kitchen taps, because I live in a very old building (built in the 1890s) and I don't know if there are any lead pipes hidden away somewhere. The kits were delivered promptly. The tests are very easy to do and the result is easy to read. It put my mind at rest that the levels of lead in my water are within legal limits.

I was very disappointed when I received the OSU-Mercury kit because the online description of how to do the test with saliva did not match the description on the leaflet in the test kit box, which indicated I would need two additional chemicals. Had I known this I would not have purchased the kit.

Not arrived yet. Must be still with Royal Mail?

Product details were clear on website and I like that the company is small and publishes its actual address, and local telephone number, and contact email on its website (bigger companies tend not to allow contact by email which I dislike). Product arrived quickly. Would recommend.

"Simply" Marvellous

I have been using the product some time now. After the first time I got hooked on checking my body ph level everyday and this is an excellent way to assess the acidic or alkalinity levels.

A cheap, simple method of measuring water hardness delivered swiftly.

This is very simple to use, but I found I was
bewildered at figuring out the results not being
medically minded. I matched the color, but
then there was no explanation as to how good
or bad that color was. What the body was doing
with that colored patch. I wish there was more information as it is worthless not knowing reason for color.
