If I could i would give you zero stars…

If I could i would give you zero stars i have yet to get a email that shows i ordered instead al i got was it saying I didn't purchase the two items but yet it took my money and everytime i try to call al i get is a automated message that basically tells me that yall are closed and to leave a name or number either give me what I ordered or give me my money tf back

I forgot to apply a discount code on a recent order and Rea at customer service not only took care of it. She also offered me a gift card instead of the discount that was more than the discount would have been.

Great Work !

I was unable to return my items, but Arianne was able to assure me I could get a credit for items online which was great cuz I ordered items I wanted instead.

Just a shame that you can't take some items back when they haven't been used, a taped box never hurt anyone (:

Started out on phone gave product…

Started out on phone gave product number and individual could not find product, I was requested to give name of product, then took individual a good while before she could find item. I had to keep repeating number at least 3 to 4 times, and when the info was repeated back to me the information was still incorrect. When moved to 2nd item same issue occurred. We were disconnected and I called back 15 minutes later, same person I spoke with and Finally was able to place order. Never have had this problem before. Thank you for your attention.

I placed my order a week ago and your delivery service informs me that I can expect delivery by mid-week (in several more days). So, sorry -- because of the delay I cannot give you feed-back on your product, although the shipping through UPS was lackluster.
