Poor Customer Service

First off the shipping was delayed. I had to call to see when I would receive the product. The products I purchased were toxic and said for Novelty Purposes Only. I requested a refund and was lied to. I was only able to get a gift card even after I said I only wanted my money back. This is very bad customer service. The only reason I made another purchase was to use the gift card. I will never purchase from this company ever again.
