Excellent Service all round and quick to respond and help!
I've used a fair few call answering services in the past and there was always a flaw somewhere. My business is in the North of England and always wanted a local accent answering my calls so Simply66 ticks that box. It doesn't end there though. They have good opening times, appear to answer the calls quickly. The bit I love most is they send the call recording which is valuable in terms of not needing to ask the customer to repeat themselves, it also gives me a sense of whether its a customer I want too. Finally, they offer various levels of plans, I usually only need quite a low volume so its great value for money

My experience has been very positive. They are very good at intercepting sales calls and filtering the right ones so you can focus on what's important. They offer good value for money and great service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been searching for a cost effective call answering service for sometime. Simply66 have been responsive to my business needs and enhanced the offering that I am able to provide to my customers when I am not available. Being able to listen back to the calls taken is great, and the email notifications are fairly instant after the call is taken. 5* so far, no complaints.

(Actually, I cancelled on Thursday but your system was down, and you lied about sending an email on Thursday when you thought you wouldn't be caught...I don't think I should have to pay for your error, but you obviously feel differently. Agree to disagree).

The company is great and provides a quick, sharp, and personal service at an extremely competitive price. The receptionists are enthusiastic and well-trained, giving us full confidence in the customer experience they deliver to our callers. The tech team is on the ball and always quick to respond.
They would receive 5 stars, except for the lack of 24-hour coverage, but their opening hours are very early morning into the late evening.
Just purchsed my 6th number and had some technical issues setting it up, got in touch with the team who handled my issue with ease, I spoke with James who was pleasant and professional. Great team and a great company to handle all your work calls.

It's just so well thought out and works perfectly for our needs. We opted for a call forward add-on so we still have the option to pick up the call if we are available and at our desk. I've used Soho66 for nearly a decade now and it is by far one of my longest-running working relationships. Customer service is always wonderfully efficient, receptionist services are always professional and call quality and service have been 100% all that time.

We've used the Electronic Reception service for logging incoming calls and keeping track of our callback activity. So, I get an email with voicemail attached into our Gmail account to be processed accordingly. The Simply66 Control Panel gives access to all previous recorded messages if needed. It has worked without a hiccup for many years and if support is needed they answer the phone! Recommended

We used Simply66 from day 0 of our startup business so we could have a land line phone number even though we were working form home and a professional receptionist take calls from customers and prospective clients. It must have worked, because a few years on we have now grown the business and have offices and in-house staff to do this work. I have always found anyone I've had to deal with at Simply66 friendly and helpful, resolving any questions or making changes to our service quickly and without fuss. Fantastic all-round and would definitely use again and recommend.

A great service- The online portal is very easy to use!
However, if you wanted to create a IVR Menu you have to use the options they already have and you are not able to have a personalised department and so the service is not as personalised as I would like.
The price for the Virtual Phone System is very good but I feel their Virtual Receptionist pricing is too expensive for what they offer compared to their competitors. I would recommend Simply66 for the Virtual Phone System if you don't mind it not having a personalised touch.
