I'm not computer savvy but SimplyBook.me was surprisingly easy to set up. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to get my booking system up and running without needing a lot of tech knowledge.

One of the features I really appreciate is that I can process payments directly through the booking system - this make things things so much easier for both me and my clients. The live chat support has also been a huge help. Anytime I had a question or got stuck, someone was available to guide me through it.

So far, me experience with SimplyBopok.me has been very good. Its made managing appointments a lot more convenient, and I'd definitely recommend it to others just like it was recommended to me.

The price for the amount of features you get is better than pretty much anything else. There are a lot of different features to meet most businesses needs. In the event their product can't meet your needs perfectly, the customer service is amazing! They actually take the time to understand what you are trying to do, and use critical thinking skills to propose various work-arounds. Critical thinking is so rare in customer service these days!

I've been using SimplyBookMe for my small business, and it's been a good experience. The app is easy to use, both for me and my clients, and it handles scheduling smoothly. It’s made managing appointments much more efficient.

SimpleBook.me has been a great addition to my physical studio location. It's easy to setup and easy for my customers to book services online using their computer or mobile device. Connecting my domain to my SimplyBook.me site was easy, as there's instructions and a help database built in to the system. Additionally, whenever I need help with anything, or to ask questions, the site has a chat service that immediately connects with with a customer service agent who provides real time support.

Connecting the site to my online payment processor was seamless and the range of customizability is vast. I have not found another service that is this comprehensive, which includes so many options for expanding my business to include class and training bookings, etc.

If there are features not currently available, they have the structure in place to send feature request to their developers. It's a great service.

Great product and seems to be getting better. At least that's what I thought the problem is if you want any customization before you realize it your on an over priced plan. They require custom features to do almost anything custom but if I want something as simple as add on services it requires 2 custom features and since I only get 8 at their $30 a month plan. It might be good for the simplest of booking but then again a simple form on my website could do that.

With a thorough choice of customisation options simply book me can be adapted to your needs. Online live help is friendly and at hand, and patient with my many questions as it is my first experience using a booking website

Alex was particularly helpful, I have had a couple occasions with others that weren't so and would end the chat without helping me solve my questions. He was prompt, polite and straight forward kept it "simple"

The platform is great and especially helpful once I was able to sync with my calendar, making sure I was not double booked! I am glad I found this platform as it offers so many other features. So far, it has been great for me and my business! Thank You.

They have a terrible UX/UI. The setup process is archaic. Their support team have difficulties understanding what the need it. We had signed up with them for a Google Reserve feature for one of our clients and right from the start we had issues syncing calendars and how their booking page was designed.

We have been with SBM since 2016 which shows that they are great to work with and easy to use. Just signed up for another year. A couple of glitches in renewing but over all we are very happy.

I use Simplybook as a booking system for my gym business.

I find having this system saves me hours of admin per month and so is highly beneficial to my business and head space!

If I have any queries, someone is always on hand to help with issues i have.

There are a few things I've brought up to the tech team for improvements to make my user experience even better but generally I'm happy with everything.
There are other companies out there which
