word of warning.
Used them for eleven years, no fuss no bother but I never had cause to make a claim. Word of warning however. I canceled my policy as it was no longer needed, and was charged £6.71, even though my policy had six weeks to run. What is really annoying is, I cancelled it online, no humans involved. no emails, no phone calls, on done on line. I think after 11 years that was just petty.

Simply Business is easy. But multiple accounts can be confusing
Simply Business is easy.
However, I’ve been using it for years and over time, my primary email has evolved -> @yahoo.com then @icloud.com then @CompanyName.com. The upshot is I have multiple Simply Business accounts. I’d like to merge them as after I just bought my newest purchase policy, I couldn’t see it in my dashboard, but the money had left my account.
After troubleshooting for about an hour, I worked out the issue with multiple accounts and was able to locate the policy.
