I have been with Simlpy Health for 15 years and I have never had a problem they always pay on time there’s always great communication. Claiming is so quick and easy I couldn’t fault the service

It is so sad and annoying when something is so worth the while, Is changed to make it harder or near impossible to use practitioners that have been used and accepted for so many years, and now someone high up in the company has added all these stipulations that are new.
We have been with you for well over 30 years since you were HSA.
This means that many of the businesses we have used like Chiropody and Chiropractic will not be covered.
If the Dental service we used is not covered either, then we will have to cancel our membership with you.

At 72 years old I find their app easy to use and payments are fast

I have always had a really good service from Simply Health until recently. They are now saying they can't pay for physio treatment as they aren't a registered practitioner at a Physio centre, OK maybe, however they have paid a claim on a subsequent date for seeing the same person! In their response to my query they have said - If you need anything else please ???????go to our website and .... now what am I supposed to be replacing the ?? with, what poor customer service, very disappointed.

I signed and agreed to my plan after my probation at work had successfully finished as my plan was through my job. However i did not receive a welcome letter with my details and policy number on to activate my plan. I have emailed and tried to call multiple numbers to chase this up but all i get is automated calls or the call gets cut off once i get put on hold to speak to an actual person, and i have got no where. Not a good experience and my plan isn't in use as i cant activate it without my policy number and details, so it is currently just going to waste.

The service which you offer is good but some treatments I’ve had to have has needed a lot more so had to stop treatment until my year is renewed

I was becoming frustrated making a claim with 2 invoices - never had to do that before. I was transferred from Chat bot to Georgia who quickly sorted the whole thing -much to my relief! Gold star for Georgia!!
