Excellent service, very impressed

I was ordering a NUC Ghost Canyon PC and faced quite a few challenges in getting the payment across. Moreover, there were a couple of custom details such as OS configurations that needed to be done. The customer support for both of these issues was really good.

CJ, in particular, was really helpful and ensured that I was able to order the system and get my configuration installed. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience!

You never rushed me to a decision and were very patient. Where I needed help and some explanations, your responses were prompt and straight to the point. I was looking for a supplier of the Intel NUC PC when I came across Simply NUC Ltd. I easily found what I wanted on their website but I was a little unsure on a couple of points. I was able to chat with a representative of the company who was able to answer my questions.

The price was reasonable so I placed an order at the same time.

I was kept informed of the status of my order although in less than 36 hours of placing the order I had received it.

The Nuc worked straight out of the box and within 20 minutes or so it was up and running.

I will return here when I next need a new PC

I bought a NUC 11 device recently. While I was wander the site, CJ - Chat support manager he provided me clear products information with some of searching tips on their US and UK website.

I would purchase again on this site.

5 Star Service from Start to Finish.
Bought this make due the excellent review on PCMag site. Under best PCs 2021. "Best for Bleeding Edge Power users strapped for Space!" Sounded like me. Link on PC Mag website took me to Amazon but I bought direct from S.N.

S.N. Website could not store a build quote so had to put it through. However I asked that they rang me back to discuss the order. Phone rang within minutes.

Deliver was faster than Amazon Prime! Really happy with the PC. Excellent build quality and silent as a mouse. After sales service as well, Now there's a thing you don't always get. I bought mine as my personal PC for the next 5 years and now with my 35" widescreen monitor I'm set up for video editing and am future proofed. My poor Surface Pro which was struggling can take a well earned rest and just come on holidays with me.

I ordered my new Nuc from Simply Nuc website and the order went without issues. I changed my mind after making the order and the support I got in the website's chat was amazing. I was able to upgrade my order without any kind of trouble, excuses, etc. I'm really happy with Simply Nuc.

After a little consultation with Mark at Simply NUC, I splurged on an Intel10i7FNH in June 2020.

It shipped really quickly and I was up and running in next to no time, after a lightning shipment from Ireland.

I absolutely love my NUC! I rammed it full to the max with RAM, plus NVMe SSD and SATA SSD, so it's zippy fast and near-silent.

I'm using it to run a big Kubernetes stack, which supports all my software development lifecycle environments as completely separate worlds via Kubernetes namespaces.

It's like having a datacenter on my mantlepiece. I couldn't be happier. Amazing horsepower for the money.

Now, I'm thinking about getting another for true hardware redundancy.

If I do, it will absolutely be coming from SimplyNUC. Great prices. Rapid, tracked delivery. Super-responsive pre- and post-sales staff.
