Please note that at this time, we already have live pricing available, but only for portfolios that contain US stocks. We are actively working on enhancements to expand this feature in the future.
If your portfolio contains US stocks but the amounts are not updating in real-time, please send us the details using your registered account at support@simplywallst.com, and we'll look into it further.

I booked the premium package and now…
I booked the premium package and now don't really have any more necessary data available than in the free plan.
Somewhat disappointing. After using the free version, I expected more from the paid upgrade.

We would like to clarify that the Premium upgrade is mainly about more access and more tools, not a different “data set” inside each company report.
What you get on Premium vs Free:
• Company reports: 30 views per month (Free: 5).
• Portfolios: 3 portfolios, up to 30 holdings each (Free: 1 portfolio, 10 holdings).
• Portfolio linking (broker sync) is Premium and Unlimited Plan only.
• Saved screeners: 3 (Free: 0).
So if you were expecting deeper report data, that’s why it can feel similar.

Thanks for the feedback. We hear you - it’s frustrating when investment funds are a big part of your portfolio but can’t be added. We're also exploring this as part of our continuous product enhancements.
At the moment, our platform is focused on equities, so mutual funds (and other fixed income) aren’t covered and can’t be added to your portfolio. ETFs are a bit different: we cover them and can be added to your portfolio for tracking, but we don’t yet have a full analysis/report for them.
