Ordered Sim
Not received my order on due date , as told due to Thanksgiving delivery company malfunction.
The activation was immediate after a Whatsapp conference. The company's explanation was immediate and adequate. Since the activation, no problems occured, and the international calls were in order.
I am leaving US in two days, the sim card will be deactivated, but will positively reactivate on my next trip to the US in May

I did not receive the service I paid for. I am left with the feeling that I have been deceived. I do not recommend it.
Failed delivery and failed refund.
I ordered one eSim and one physical Sim. You never delivered any of them. Sims4USA made itself unavailable both by phone and by mail. And you never refunded me.
I consider Sim4USA a scam.

My order for an eSim was not delivered
My order for an eSim was not delivered! I then sent several messages that were eventually responded to when I no longer needed the eSim and was forced to buy a more expensive SIM from T-mobile. I'm still waiting for my money that was promised to be refunded.

SIM Card arrived to late, no refund
SIM Card arrived 4 days later than announced, so 1 day too late (shipping to germany). No refund til now. Instead i bought a SIM card shortly after arrival in LA.
