We had Sincera insurance for our rental car. We got a small scratch to the tire. The claim was easy to do and the processing time was very fast.

Alexander and Sergey were so helpful to me, I would not have been able to navigate the insurance claim situation without them, their explanations, their patience or their kindness. So greatly appreciated and so I will always recommend Sincera!

Oh my God, I just came back from vacation in Crete, Greece. I had to submit a claim, for scratches on the rare bumper. I proceeded as suggested from their platform, which apropos is rather transparent, clear and easy to navigate, and clicked sent. I was emotionally ready to wait for days and yet, here they are, within an hour with clear status update, approval and payment timeline.
