Flawless service. I submitted an insurance claim for an amount of €300 that was unjustifiably charged by the company, but that no longer matters. The claim was approved within 2 hours, and the money was transferred on the first business day after the request was submitted.

I am very satisfied with the handling of the damage of €450 to the rental car in Albania by Sincera Insurance. After submitting the claim to Sincera Insurance on June 18, 2026 (the car rental company found a few new scratches upon returning the car), I received notification on June 19 (so just one day later) that the claim had been approved and would be paid out.

We had a flat tyre in Greece. We needed to pay 200€ for the road assistance. I was provided with all the paperwork from the car company. The claim took me 5’ to fill it in. Money are on their way. This was such a quick and easy process. 5 star indeed

I had a very negative experience with a car rental company after they charged me 630 euros for a very little damage at the front side. Luckily Sincera covered this without question and approved the claim within 2 Days! Very good service so far, just waiting for the payment to arrive back into my bank.

I was a bit concerned after a stranger drove into our hire car, I’d paid for ‘full cover’ but I thought they might try to get around it somehow/some small print as I never go into detail with insurance as I’ve never needed it before. I sent them my claim and they responded straight away asking for the bac number, because they responded so quickly I assumed it was an acknowledgement of the claim and didn’t realise they’d asked a question until a week later. I gave them the bac number and they responded saying the claim was successful and I’d receive payment in 15 business days. Extremely happy with the service
