Claim settled 1 day after submitting, no issues around details / information provided. So pleased that matters not drawn out with we need this and we need that information etc !!! We had a car rental company claiming that we scratched bottom of the front bumper, almost invisible claim. We had to pay on the spot but with full coverage we submitted the claim to sincera with all requested documents and got refund within couple of days in full, no questions asked.

When I received the invoice for the damage, I was shocked. It was a large amount, and I was unaware that I had caused this damage, or that it might already have been applied.
