One feature that would be nice to add is to have the forms remember your input. In my case I found out I missed one document and I needed to redo everything a couple of days later. Other than that: great!

Great service
After having a bad experience with the rental company, these guys have really saved the day. The rental company charged me incorrectly splitting the bill into two payments and also failed to provide me with photos. So I assumed this claim wouldn’t be straight forward. I was wrong I submitted what proof I did have and they reviewed within two days approving my claim. Very happy will definitely use again.

They managed to reimburse an unfair payment made by the rental company Automanía, which I don't recommend at all. They are very efficient.

After having been treated so badly by the Italian car rental company Noleggiare Srl, Sincera Insurance took the case further and I got paid two days after I filed the claim. Thanks to Sincera, stay away from Noleggiare.

A part of money
Even though we had problems with the people we rented the car from, this insurance company helped us recover some of the money. However, read any “small print” carefully because the entire taxi fee is not reimbursed as it says in large print with a maximum of €300 (as it says somewhere in the document)

Quick response and approval
When I returned my car, there was a scratch on the front part of the car. I reported it to sincera with details of what I had been charged and evidence of the scratch, and it was all approved within 2 days. Very happy with the service. Thanks very much.

Great Service but Taxi Fair Refund Limit is Inadequate.
We had a hire car rear ended at a toll booth, the car was a write off, so had to continue the journey that day by taxi. Claim for the hire company damage excess and taxi fares submitted and approved very quickly and easily.
The only issue with the insurance is the €300 limit on Taxi expenses, unless you are fortunate enough to have your accident close to your final destination or near to your hire company the limit is inadequate.

Very good, I had never used your service before and I’m really satisfied. I submitted the claim online from my mobile in just a few steps on Sunday night, and this Wednesday morning I received confirmation that it was approved. Now I just have to wait for the payment, which is said to take 15 business days. If I had to mention one downside, it would be to maybe shorten this waiting period. Thank you.

Hired a car from Discover for a trip in Puglia Italy with full insurance cover. Had to have a tyre replaced after a puncture, which the rental company would not cover. Once home submitted a claim to Sincera for the replacement tyre cost and it was approved to be reimbursed within 24hrs of submission. No back and forth emails like some insurers or trying to reduce the claim. It was instant and the claim process was easy to complete via my mobile. Great service 👍
