Really easy to order from their website, great description of the machines so I could compare. The delivery was very quick and I gor a deal on the price (I was quoted nearly £200 more from another company! Also got some additional sewing feet as a free gift. Thank you 😊

After using this machine which was borrowed from a friend I immediately ordered myself one as it was so easy to use I like the top loading reel. I have always had a Singer machine starting from the original treadle machine the very name of Singer has always maintained a high standard of workmanship of their machines giving them total reliability a proper workhorse piece of kit great value comparable with other makes highly recommend.

Arrived in good time, great product, wanted it for some small alterations, though a lot more capable to do bigger jobs very sturdy machine and very easy to use ( I’m only a novice)

Bought a Singer Heavy Duty machine 2 years ago from this website - only used it a few times as it has never worked properly and now the guarantee has expired - my fault for not contacting them sooner. Spoke to a local highly respected and family-run sewing machine retailer near me for service and they won't touch the machine - they have a pile of them they can't do anything with. Don't buy this machine- its rubbish and it is certainly not a heavy duty machine.

Excellent customer service, communication and pricing. I am absolutely delighted with the interaction that I have with the singer sewing outlet. The communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very speedy. Everything was delivered very fast and as stated. There was a special offer freebie that was on backorder and it has arrived as promised in the timescale stated.highly recommend

Super efficient and great customer service.

The order process was made so easy staff so helpful and quick delivery Julie

The sales team were so helpful and answered all my questions by phone prior to placing my order. We came up with the best option for my sewing requirements based on my budget.
Delivery and shipping were prompt and I even had some extra freebies such as needles and bobbins given to me.
Great price and also very pleased with new machine having used a very old one previously!
Great company.

What a fantastic find! Jason was so knowledgeable about sewing machines and other products. He made me feel really comfortable with asking as many questions as I needed to. He also gave me a fantastic deal on my purchases and I’m sure I will be returning time and time again. Thank you, from a very happy customer :o)

Very satisfied with the service I received (and my sewing machine). Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. I did email a query and received a prompt reply.

Great company. Very competitive pricing. Fast delivery. What more could you want. Totally recommended.

I received my machine 2 weeks after purchasing even though I had also bought the VIP package.
Machine is lovely, just a little disappointed that it took so long to arrive.

From start to finish I had the best experience with Singer Sewing Outlet. I only called for a bit of advice but ended up having fantastic service and help and from that, products we are delighted with. I cannot speak more highly of this company and would recommend them, not just for the product but also for their approachability, fantastic communication and support.

Lovely sewing machine, Singer were so good in understanding what I was looking for and the purchase options... when the machine arrived the set up was seemless and my mum is even thinking about upgrading her 1980s one for a lighter and simpler one.

Very helpfull a. Great team.

So far so good. The machine was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Not been used much as yet but all working as it should.
