Singer Sewing Outlet Reviews

First class service. I immediately knew I was dealing with someone who knew what they were doing! Went over and above to help. Would definitely recommend

Everything was so simple and quick. I would always recommend buying from singer direct. As they look after their customers from the first moment you buy from them.

I was reluctant at first, they listed 1 day delivery on website and I was expecting to receive it next day after I placed the order, but when 3 days past and the tracking didn't updated I started to freak out. I read again the information from website and find out that is 1 day delivery after they post it out, but packaging takes few days. I received it and I'm really happy with my sewing machine. I would recommend

Easy ordering asked questions answered within minutes 5star from ordering to dispatched

Customer service and staff are fantastic happy and willing to help with anything. Great

Fantastic service. I had left it late to order this as a birthday present and they went above and beyond to make sure it got here on time which I really appreciated.
I'm not the sewer, but given the amount of times it's been used already, I assume this machine is brilliant!
Will 100% be using SSO for all future purchases.

Jason was lovely and talked us through all of the options, he was very helpful answering all our questions about all of the different machines. As a complete sewing novice I felt in very safe hands to end up with the singer that was best for me, not just the one with the highest price tag! He then spent a while talking me through operation of the machine we ended up going with and threw in a very appreciated kit of essentials to get started. All in all I would highly recommend for all of your singer needs.

I am totally pleased with my Singer sewing machine C5655. The ordering was very straight foward and delivery was very fast. I have tried out my machine and it is just perfect for my needs. The bobbin takes a little bit of getting used to as it is a side one, and I have only had a drop in bobbin before. But having said all that the only thing I would have liked was a written manual. But otherwise 5 stars.

I am incredibly grateful for the service I received. The initial sewing machine model I ordered encountered an issue, as the UK quality check process was taking an extended period. Given my urgent need for the machine, I was very pleased with the customer service team's prompt and apologetic response. They took swift action, and as a result, I received an upgraded model the very next day. I am thoroughly satisfied with my new machine and sincerely appreciate the professional service provided. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be a returning customer in the future.

Excellent service. Kept informed all the way to delivery from ordering. The sewing machine is great. Easy to use. Would recommend this company highly.

My query was answered immediately, with courtesy and kindness.

i have given five stars for customer service. i had a problem with delivery, I paid for first class but it was sent out second class but postage with refunded when i informed customer service. Secondly I had only half of the pressure feet that were stated in my pack and unfortunately the ones i required had been substituted. Customer Services sorted straight away on contact and sent me out the correct ones which arrived the next day. Can really recommend this company, although minor hiccups they certainly aim to put these right with no fuss. Thankyou

Incredibly helpful and professional advice from the guy when we phoned to ask questions about the 5511 ex display machine, he answered all our questions in a professional and honest manner, which resulted in us placing the order. We can’t wait for it to arrive so crafting can recommence, thank you for being so honest and giving great advice about the machine

I've always had a great experience with Singer. The quality of the machines and add ones are excellent. They arrive in good time and I've always found what I needed

There was a bit of a mixup as to when my machine would arrive as l had paid for next day delivery, however as it didn’t come the next day singer refunded my postage. The extra items l brought at the same time as the machine did not arrive for 3 weeks. Customer service was excellent.

Website is easy to use, lots to choose from from a brand I trust. Order arrived quickly too, thank you.

I found a manual for my singer sewing machine here and it arrived in just a few days.
Great stuff 👍

This company is amazing. The chat help is actually a real person and they actually answer the phone if you call. They were super helpful, had some really good deals on excellent Sewing Machines and the staff were really helpful with advice, changing my order (adding extra items) and returning part of my order. My large order arrived 2 days after ordering. Think I was a bit of a nightmare customer but they were super friendly and always helpful with staff that were easy to get hold of, easy to explain things to and quick to action any requests. It is easy to find a website with good deals but its not easy to find a website where real people will answer your queries and deal with any issues. Will definatly return to the website for my ongoing sewing needs. A+++

I’ve found both the WhatsApp & face to face advice really useful in helping me with my choice of sewing machine & am excited to receive my new machine.
Staff are very knowledgeable & friendly, I will always think highly of Singer as my first choice of sewing machine.
Thank you x

I am very pleased with this machine, so far. I have done a few decent sized embroidery projects, and a bit of stitching and overall found it worked as expected. I have better results than the mc550e I was previously using. There are a few niggles, all related to the software, but I guess that is to be expected on a product like this. I guess one day they will put fast processors in them. The only one that is worth mentioning is that sometimes the key beeps but doesn't register the click (it goes to scroll), that is super annoying as it means I have to look up at the screen. Oh well, still, very good
