After days of no movement on delivery. They gave me tracking and an estimate of 26 days for delivery. This is unacceptable. I would never buy it if I knew thats how long it take to be delivered.

The tracking estimate is the longest it can take for the package to arrive. Most of our customers receive the packages within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery companies must use these estimates to ensure the customer is aware of the latest delivery date.

Juni and Sarah were very helpful! I thought I was purchasing from them initially, but it turned out to be a knockoff company that was extremely similar in name. Thankfully, my credit card denied the transaction with the fake company and Juno and Sarah assisted with the process.

Ordered product back in February and as…
Ordered product back in February and as of the 4th of March still haven't received it. However, they certainly charged my card. The shipping place that they told me to check tracking,SHOP, had posted that as of March 2 it was delivered. Can't get ahold of the Sinu company or package delivery. Will have to contact Capitol One and see if the charge could be cancelled or disputed. Never order except through Amazon again. I have never have had problems with them.
