Quality and great service

Sip stock Paul Clouet a private champagne house we visited in September and having tasted extensively, our firm favourite - their communication, delivery and service were superb.

Sip has an incredible selection of champagnes. The package arrived very quickly & the gift wrapping option was lovely. The perfect birthday gift!

Great wine and excellent customer service

I love Sip Champagne’s products but they are using DPD for deliveries. DPD clearly have big problems fulfilling their obligations these days and every delivery of my current subscription with Sip has been a mess with drivers skipping delivery and then lying about the reason it failed, saying there was nobody home. Currently delivery has “failed” three days in a row, and driver just added a blurry picture of nothing to explain why.
Once this subscription is finished I’m unlikely to buy anything more until I hear they have switched delivery company.

Fantastic customer service, wonderful champagnes!

I purchased the monthly subscription as a gift for my wife's 40th and she was thrilled. Everything from the wrapping of the bottles in the first delivery to the tasting notes and commentary around the wines.

Fantastic champagne

Thank you for our 2nd delivery of champagne trying a few different varieties. Wishing you guys the greatest of success 🥂 On the DPD front we live in rural norfolk & deliveries are brilliant, very grateful that we get such a timely service.

My order was dispatched a day late, pushing to Saturday delivery forcing me to change my plans to be home to receive the delivery. Then, I received an incorrect order. They had to arrange courier pick up before they could redeliver, so I asked for a refund instead as the event I needed my order for was that day (Monday), and said I could arrange to be home for a courier Friday.

The Sip Champagne team asked “if that was the soonest” I could manage, which is pretty bang out of order given how much I’d already been inconvenienced and I couldn’t arrange to work from home until Friday.

I wasn’t given the name of a courier or a time, and had to ask - I was told “before midday” but that they would confirm Friday morning. I received no follow up Friday, only an out of office email from their team after I emailed again to inquire, and had to spend all morning waiting around.

I received a 15% off coupon on a future order for my trouble, as though there is going to be a future order. This was my first and last experience with this vendor.

SIP knows about real champagne.

Excellent and varied champagnes. Well packaged and on time delivery.

This was my first order with Sip Champagne and I was really impressed. Not only was the delivery quick and the packaging smart, but the customer service stood out – Adam from the team personally emailed me with extra info about the champagnes they’d recommended, which was a really nice touch. Fauve was indeed a great precursor to a steak dinner (not with!)

It made the whole thing feel more personal and helped me understand more about what I was buying. The bottles were excellent – clearly chosen with care and exactly to my taste as discussed with Sip.

Great experience all round and I’d definitely use them again.

A great company with fantastic grower champagnes, a real joy to taste what you definitely can’t find in the shops. Great delivery options and very helpful customer service.
