Very impressed with ease of use

LOVE this idea, the blood draw, and the ease of use. Advice is to use the online live call on the first try. Once you have it down, it works well. Getting your results is slow - more than 2 weeks. So, if you need your results quickly, just go get your blood drawn. For convenience, ease, and trend monitoring (with no urgency to view results), Siphox is great!

No more avoiding lab work

The process as a whole was very simple and the guidance given by Billie helped me feel confident. Had a bit of a reaction to the second draw but nowhere near the reaction to traditional blood draws.

Very glad to have an alternative to IV blood draw.

Billie was extremely friendly

Billie was extremely friendly and very helpful during the entire collection process. It was easy and pain-free and fun to have someone to talk to while collecting a total of 3 tubes. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to avoid a blood draw at a lab.

I made a mistake on my first try with…

I made a mistake on my first try with my blood draw so I reached out to support and within just a few minutes they responded back to me with both email and text and they are helping me correct my mistake. I am super impressed with their quick response and look forward to working with them going forward for my lab work.

Live Session Best for Ensuring Success

Although I was tempted not to do the live session as the only reason I needed a new kit is I didn't let the sample dry. Working with Jasmina ensured I got everything right and I didn't have to keep consulting the directions. Also, I'm not a patient person and Jasmina kept me focused on tips while I waited the 3 minutes for the heating pad.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. Their AI couldn't answer my problem, so they sent an email to their support staff. I was in the middle of testing, so that was taking too long. Tried to get into their online support system for 40 minutes - never got through. Finally they sent an email saying they would get back to me within a day. I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE QUICKLY. If all goes well, it might be ok, but don't count on any support if you run into a problem.

Pleasantly sweet and professional.

I still believe in customer service and unfortunately not many businesses today feel the same. Fortunately my experience with Emilija was very enjoyable as she was pleasantly sweet, efficient and professional at all times. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

I appreciate the live coaching that you get when you take your first at-home test. My coach was Emilija, and she was very patient and kind. Her instructions were clear, making the entire process seamless and efficient.

I had a great experience with Billie…

I had a great experience with Billie from the SiPhox Health Support Team. I joined a live call with her so she could guide me through the blood collection process, and she walked me through everything step by step. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel much less intimidating.

Billie took the time to explain each step clearly and stayed with me throughout the process to make sure everything was done correctly. She also shared helpful tips and tricks that will make my future collections much more efficient and seamless.

Her calm, supportive demeanor made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence while completing the collection. Excellent support and customer care. Thank you, Billie!
