I had a great experience with Billie…

I had a great experience with Billie from the SiPhox Health Support Team. I joined a live call with her so she could guide me through the blood collection process, and she walked me through everything step by step. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel much less intimidating.

Billie took the time to explain each step clearly and stayed with me throughout the process to make sure everything was done correctly. She also shared helpful tips and tricks that will make my future collections much more efficient and seamless.

Her calm, supportive demeanor made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence while completing the collection. Excellent support and customer care. Thank you, Billie!

Testing was super easy

Testing was super easy. It really doesn't hurt! I liked how detailed the results are and how it easily flagged numbers that were out of range. I also like the action plan it gives you - it gives you suggestions for what to do to fix the things that are off. I feel like I learned so much about my results. It gave me peace of mind about a lot of things and showed me what things I need to watch out for.

I’m glad I connected with pika

I’m glad I connected with pika. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly for me, especially the areas that I didn’t understand. She broke it down into my terms that I could understand and set up a great plan for me. Moving forward. Highly recommend her.

Excellent and Insightful health coaching call

My health coaching experience was very insightful and helped me gain clarity on my blood test results and clear up any concerns I had regarding my results.

I was given lots of recommendations for improving my health and future test results and my action plan was very thorough and claw to understand. Looking forward to putting the plan into action to help improve some of my markers on my next text. Thank you

Quick, easy, painless

This process is so great. The blood draw is quick and easy and my coach, Billie, was fabulous to work with while I went through the process the first time. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a regular blood draw.

I had a great experience with the live…

I had a great experience with the live phone support for my at-home blood draw. The representative was patient, clear, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. They walked me through each step, answered my questions, and made something that initially felt intimidating much easier and stress-free. I really appreciated their professionalism and support.

This was a very concerning experience.

This was a very concerning experience.

After waiting several weeks for results, I received repeated emails asking customers to “please be patient.” Eventually I was informed that both of my samples had been accidentally destroyed — a cortisol test and an Ultimate test — even though they were collected on different days using different collection methods.

Having two separate samples lost or destroyed raises serious concerns about sample handling and internal quality control.

I was issued a full refund. The amount of time lost and the complete failure to process either sample made the experience extremely frustrating.

Until their processes and communication improve, I would avoid.

We want to take a moment to clarify what happened, as transparency is something we take very seriously. Your samples were not destroyed by our team. Occasionally, samples arrive at the lab in a condition that makes them unsuitable for accurate analysis, which can happen due to improper collection or damage during transit. In every such case, we always provide the customer with a clear explanation of the reason for rejection, so there is never any ambiguity about what occurred. If we had proceeded with an unsuitable sample, we would not have been able to provide you with reliable results, and accurate data is something we're never willing to compromise on. That is why, in all such cases, we always issue a free replacement kit so members can retest without any additional cost or discuss alternative forms of compensation, as we did in your situation.

We hear your feedback on communication and are actively working to ensure our messaging is clearer and more timely so that customers are never left feeling in the dark. Your experience is helping us improve, and we're grateful for that.

Having someone to monitor and walk us through the first drawing of blood was very reassuring and the lady did a superb job. The drawing process was easy and virtually painless. Siphox seemed to think of everything in the kit, including a pen to fill out the ID card.

Collection good, but lab time...

There are a ton of reviews about the collection process but very little about the wait time for results. Don't get me wrong, I was pleasantly surprised with the kit and ease of the collection process. Siphox also has a pretty good tracking system that allows you to follow the status of your kit. However, once you've done your collection and it gets to the lab, the updates get sparse and vague.

The last update I received was two business days ago telling me that my sample was currently being analyzed at the lab and I would hear from them soon. I suppose it was silly of me to think I would get results later that day, but the message kind of implied that. I guess it means within several days? Maybe clearer wording would have helped.

So far, my experience has been okay, but the updates on lab time are somewhat lacking. I'm still anxiously awaiting results.
