The consultant did a fantastic job walking me through the process

I am blown away by the details of lab results. It does not only provide the markers, but also explanation as to possible reasons for high or low numbers. Drawing blood was very easy as well and entire process was within estimated timing. I had some minor difficulties with updates on the site, but customer support was fast with response and action.
I'm very pleased with overall results.

Very easy process, I didnt realize the first time that I had to use all the blood draw devices. Having someone there made sure I got it right.

The support call with Armen was great, she walked me through all the steps to collect my samples and reassured me the whole way.
