Una was very kind and very helpful

Una was very kind and very helpful! I got her the first time I tried to collect and she asked me helpful questions that made us realize I would need to try again the next day. I was so grateful when she was the one on the screen this morning too!

Operational Issues

Conceptually I really like the SiPhox service. Its the execution that is lacking. I received a test kit, did everything correct (took sample, sent back), and got notification that UPS lost my kit or something like that. SiPhox sent me a new kit. It happened all over again. Then I tell SiPhox that I have a US address, please send it there. They don't do that.. Nothing happens for months.. Then I email my concerns as they charged me another $600 or so for another year of service although 2 test kits have gone missing and I did not get service for 6 months.. Finally I get 2 kits delivered to my US address. I use one of them and send in the sample. Next SiPhox sends me a note asking for a review of their recent service.. and yet, I am still waiting for my results from the lab. Net, net... SiPhox has operational issues (also, they once accidentally included other customer names on an email to me... taboo in sharing customers names and email addresses).. So, here i wait for my results, ~$600 CDN charged for next year ... They are messed up unfortunately. (FYI - Whoop and others are coming out with their own services along these lines)

Update: The other problem they have is delivering on their target time frame for results of 7 - 10 days. Almost every result I have received have been delayed with the same message.. "due to the high demand..." So, It is now Feb 15 and my sample was received on Jan 28th at the lab. Late again.

Hello Gerry! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for the experience you’ve had, as this isn’t the level of service we aim to deliver.

We recognize the shipping and processing issues you encountered, including lost samples and delays caused by UPS customs issues between the U.S. and Canada, which, in some cases, affected sample stability. For any kits that were rejected or didn’t reach the lab, free replacement kits were provided so testing could still be completed.

We also regret the delivery issues within the U.S. and the extended turnaround time. Your most recent sample has reached the lab and is currently being processed, and its progress is being closely monitored.

The billing occurred because the subscription was still active at the time of renewal. Data privacy is taken very seriously, and we appreciate you raising this concern. Given the circumstances, we’ll reach out directly to review options and help resolve this.

Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re committed to improving the experience moving forward.

Caught an important thyroid issue early

I had a very positive experience with SiPhox. The blood collection process was straightforward and easy to complete at home. Through SiPhox testing, I learned that my thyroid was not functioning properly. This was the first time I had ever been tested for thyroid antibodies. Their support team proactively reached out to flag the results, which allowed me to follow up promptly with an endocrinologist and get the care I needed. I now monitor my thyroid every three months. Thank you, SiPhox, for helping me stay on top of my health.

Lots of kinks to iron out....

Pretty much nothing about this process went smoothly. It's a great idea, and the results seem to be solid, however the logistics suck.

I've used other at home bloodtests previously and this is the first one I've had any issues with.

Upon opening and preparing to take the text the kit code didn't work. The app didn't work either and I had to submit a ticket to get it resolved, delaying the test for almost a week. Upon taking the tests i provided blood levels well over the marked lines on the collectors in the hope you'd have enough. After shipping, there were multiple weeks of delays in processing. In processing i was informed the samples didn't provide enough blood, which simply isn't true.I provided more than you requested so if there isn't enough, that's on you. There is apparently yet another kit being shipped to me to provide more blood so you can complete the requested testing and provide the comprehensive results I requested and paid for from the beginning.

Overall, a pretty substandard experience all the way around.

Hello Josh! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and that you encountered challenges throughout the process.

While we strive to make our at-home testing as seamless as possible, there are occasions where technical issues, increased sample volumes, or lab processing constraints can impact timelines and results. When this happens, we aim to be transparent and proactive in communicating updates or delays so customers are informed as soon as possible.

In cases where a sample cannot be fully analyzed, this is not always due to collection volume alone, and we make every effort to support members with replacement kits and additional guidance when needed. We also recognize that first-time collections can feel challenging, which is why we offer Live Help Calls to provide real-time support and improve the likelihood of a complete report.

We appreciate your feedback and are actively working to improve our logistics, communication, and overall experience.

Our support team has followed up directly, and we remain committed to delivering a more reliable and transparent experience moving forward.

She was very kind and very very patient

She was very kind and very, very patient with this senior lady and my husband, who is also helping on his end.. My blood did not want to flow out very easily so it took quite some time. We so appreciate all her help and guidance. Sincerely, Claudia Aratani.

Stefanija was an absolute joy to work…

Stefanija was an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and walked me through it without any issues. The process took about fifteen minutes. So, there was a lot of time to talk about other things. She is a great conversationalist and a fascinating person.
